Na Kinkyin blog poglej, mislim, da ima celo brosuro z idejami za praznicno pojedino.
Letos bom zopet naredila paradižnikovo juho, pastirsko pito in tiramisu po receptih Irispotatolover. Noro dobro, lani je bil res uspeh.
"Tatarc" sem pa kar kupila v Mercatorju.

Mi smo včeraj med drugim jedli tatarca iz Tuša, od Ane Roš, meni je bil ful všeč.

Razmišljam še, ali tiramisu ali vroča jabolčna pita z vanilijevim sladoledom... Sladica je moja.
Večerjo pa pripravlja mami in bo svinjski file z jurčki, puranje rolade, za prilogo pa ne vem. Predjed pa tatarski biftek in bakalar.

Jaz delam tiramisu za sladico, fotr dela tatarca, mami domače široke rezance pa nekega piščanca v omaki. Nič posebnega, vse v meji normale, ker smo prepovedali požrtije

Nekaj podobnega moja mama dela. Mi ga je ravno vceraj spekla. Vcasih nisem marala, zdaj sem pa stara pa se mi je okus spremenil

Jaz obožujem sadni kruh, samo da ni presuh. Moja mami je letos naredila nekega z naribanimi jabolki, ful sočen in okusen, jabolk se pa sploh ne okusi.

Plan je bil biti na božični večerji pri moji prijateljici, kot že več let, ampak je letos več ljudi bolnih in odpade.

Jaz sem pa za jutri naredila poširane hruške, skuhala sem jih v pomarančnem soku, s hibiskusom in začimbami. Zraven bom dala pa sladko smetano, v katero bom zmešala španske vetrce, čez pa sirup. Drugo rundo bom skuhala pa v Portovcu. Komaj čakam. To testiram za silvestrsko sladico.
Naša večerja je bila simpl, kruhovi cmoki in v Webru pečen piščanec, solata.
