Bom testirala, sem ravno včeraj kupila prav grškega v Eurospinu, je tudi ugoden. Bom še na tega Sparovega oko vrgla, mi je bolj priročen kot Spin.

V čem je že razlika med pravim grškim in tistim, na "grški način"?
Meni sicer ful paše po okusu kokosova krema/jogurt, kjer okusa po kokosu praktično ni, zmešam ga pač s tistimi kosmiči ali granolo, ki jo imam https://www.spar.si/...r-400g/p/559560

V makrotih. Torej v količini beljakovin na 100 g.
Kokosova krema je dobra, ampak nima beljakovin.

Ampak sestava pa sploh ni tako slaba, sem pričakovala polno cukra.
Ni samo v tem razlika, pravi grški jogurt naredijo s precejanjem sirotke.

Ampak to sploh ni prava mocarela, sestavine so drugačne, okus tudi.

Grski mora biti narejen v Grciji. Res ima velikokrat tisti na nacin 3g beljakovin, pravi pa 10g.

Meni je najbolj vazno kok je mascob pa beljakovin. Ce tega ni, sploh ne gledam.
Recimo kruh z maslom pa amrmelado za zajtrk, jaz uro po taksnem obroku umiram od lakote, tako da tega ne jem. Pa razni rogljicki itd.
Medtem ko moj stalni smoothie - banana, maline, zlicka arasidovega, 35 g beljakovin v prahu, mandljevo mleko in ovseni kosmici poskrbi, da 3 ure ne rabim razmisljat o hrani.
Vidim da ma anamarija nov recept za ovseni kolac, to bom pa se dones mogoce spekla.

Jaz to počnem, če sem kar naprej lačna in vem, da nisem vnesla dovolj beljakovin (ničesar ne merim, ampak občutim).Jaz na take dni kot je danes ko nimam apetita pa nisem še 100 zdrava tudi beljakovine spijem, mi je najbolj elegantna resitev.
Sicer sem se pa navadila, da po banani zjutraj pojem ostanke kočerje od prejšnjega dne (danes pražen brstični ohrovt in lečo) čez to pa še skodelico skyra zmešanega z Alpro mango sojinim “jogurtom”, namočenimi lanenimi semeni, kvasnimi kosmiči, arašidovim maslom, ovsenimi kosmiči in sadjem (borovnice, maline, granatno jabolko, odvisno od sezonske ponudbe).
Jutri bom najbrž ajdovo kašo z nečim, cvetačo recimo, ali pa rižoto s šitakami (bo danes za večerjo).
Pa sirotkin prah dodajam po potrebi za obogatitev obrokov z beljakovinami:
