Midva jo tudi ponavadi narediva brez kisa, ponavadi samo z malo limoninega soka in olja (olivnega/orehovega/bucnega). Se balzamicnega uporabljam skoraj izkljucno za v kaksne omake (golaze, raguje), ker ponavadi nimam rdecega vina pri roki

Drugače pa, da ne bom off topic - danes mi je cimra ponudila pečeni ohrovt s sladkorjem (karameliziran) in cimetom. Sploh ni slabo!

Meni je sosolka iz srednje enkrat pripravila ful dober tofu - ga je popekla na olivnem olju s strtim cesnom, svezim petersiljem, orehovimi jedrci in sladkorjem, da je vse skupaj fajn karameliziralo. Se mi ga je kar zalustalo zdajle.

Ampak to se mi zdi manj čudna kombinacija kot z ohrovtom Sploh recimo v azijski kuhinji se velikokrat za okus jedi
kombinira sladkor s kakšnimi kislimi omakami, tofu pa je itak nekaj običajnega v teh jedeh.

Mene je bolj presenetila kombinacija cesna s sladkorjem Pa da se je kaj takega spomnila skoraj 10 let nazaj (takrat se ni bila vegetarijanka sploh).
Drugace pa jaz rada kombiniram sadje v solate in druge jedi, vcasih se v golaz podtaknem kake brusnice ali rozine, ananas na pico, pa v paradiznikovo omako s tikka masala zacimbami ful pase mango, ipd.

Tole sem danes naredila, res je ful dobro. Ker nimam svezega petersilja, sem dala timijan pa par kapljic limone in sojine omake.

Zadnje čase imam za malico ful rada na kruhu namazano arašidovo maslo (navadno smooth, sladkano), tunino Argeto, polpekoči ajvar, ementaler in zraven olive ali kisle kumarice (ali oboje).
