Meni je riž sicer mamljivega izgleda, edino tile rakci mi pa niso. Ampak so dobri.
Drugače je pa meni tudi akacija skorajda boljša, ampak žal je že odcvetela... sicer bi akacijo nabrala.

To zadevscino sem danes videla po tvju... in je za probat

Iz smetane naredis omako, noter dodas razno sadje (kivi, banano, ananas,...ma kar ces), posipas zacimbe. No, to pol polijes na testenine, zraven pa das se par kepic sladoleda.

Tole se meni sliši naravnost nagnusno.
Ljubezen ni odraz enega samega dogodka, enega samega pogleda ali dotika. Ljubezen se v človeka prikrade počasi in potiho ... in potem se enkrat enostavno zaveš, da imaš nekoga neskončno rad. Zaradi množice vseh njegovih dejanj, pogledov, besed, dotikov, čutenj ... ki ga delajo takšnega, kot je. Mogoče se tega zaveš medtem, ko misliš nanj in ga neskončno pogrešaš, ali pa ko ga pogledaš v oči in v njih najdeš vse, kar obožuješ.

Priznam, da je tudi meni vegeta sumljiva v tej mesanici sestavin, ampak prisezem, da tak JE recept. Ce jo izbacimo rata pa cist jedljivo ane...ce vam tolko smrdi, pac pozabite nanjo.
Vceraj so ga pripravljali v bonbonieri na papriki (rok golob), jaz nisem gledala celotnega postopka, sem pa uletela lih na koncu, ko so se sladkali in razlagali recept.
Na ocke je blo videt res slaatkooo, tako da jutri to sprobam za kosilo. Glavna jed in sladica obenem.:-) Vegeta pa mejbi yes, mejbi no.

Goveji zrezki v čebulni omaki
Goveje zrezke potolčemo (kar precej, ker skočijo skup), nasolimo in popopramo. Na olivnem olju jih na hitro popečemo in vzamemo ven iz ponve (ali pa jih položimo na stran). Nato v tem popražimo ogromno čebule (skorajda ena srednja čebula na en šnicl). Ko je zlato-rumena, položimo na njo zrezke. Pokrijemo in dušimo. Čez nekaj časa prelijemo z vodo in spet dušimo. Ko se voda poduši, spet zalijemo in spet dušimo (to jaz ponovim okoli 2x). Dokler zrezki pač niso gotovi in dokler ne nastane lepa, gostejša rjavkasta omaka (po želji jo med kuho lahko še malo posolimo). Jaz malo pred koncem še na vsak zrezek položim malo česna. Zraven meni najboljše pašejo polžki ali pa pire krompir. Dober tek! :-)

Ja hvala! To fant tak skrbno slika. :-) Je pa tole za umret dobro, ampak kar treba znat nardit oz. dobiti občutek, kako in kaj. Ker ni tak enostavno, kot izgleda - sploh takšno dobro omakco ven dobiti. :-)

Največja muka mi je pripravljat meso. Sicer sem ga malokdaj, a še tisto mi ni blo všeč. Ker pač ne morem probat in delam vse po filingu, ki ga pa v bistvu nimam, ker ne vem, kako kaj posrka sol in začimbe.
Ko/če bom delala, opročam, kako je izpadlo. Bom prebrala na obrazih trpečih jedcev

Tole izgleda slastno in tudi full imam rada take stvari. Moja mami nardi orgazmične goveje zrezke v omaki, jaz sem v nebesih, ko to jem.
Pa pire krompir zraven ... dobesedno slina mi bo zdle začela tečt iz ust.

Men je full všeč če se velik čebule uporablja! Full dobr! Glede probavanja, ko kuhaš meso drugmu, je pa res kar adraine prav, jz tud ne jem mesa in ne morm poskusit, d abi vedla al je gotovo al ne

Dodal recept za super bolognese omako na moj blog. Sem pa zadnjič skuhal tudi vegetarijansko različico, in je super uspela. Uporabil sem sojine strukturirane beljakovine, za okus pa sem še uporabil dimljen tofu (nisem imel vegi šunke pri roki).
