Aha, in kako je pa zgledu ta mlek v tubi? Jest sem ga kupila v tujini vedno samo v konzervah pa to. Je tak bel, lepljiv in ful sladek. Ja, sej je čist kul za kavo pomoje, Jenna. Eni ga še na kruh namažejo, tko k Nutello, ufffff sladko.
Še neki me zanima in sicer, če je kje v Ljubljani možno dobit svež lemon grass? Suhega sem že vidla, ampak jest rabim svežo zadevo. No, hvala.

Glej, kondenzirano mleko si po želji narediš iz mleka v prahu. Pač si sama določiš gostoto.
Glede sveže 'lemon grass' pa bo po moje težka. Nisem še zasledil, pa bi mene tudi interesirala.

Hsul, v konzervi rabim zato, ker nardim take sladice, kjer je treba zaprto konzervo kondenziranega mleka dve uri kuhat v vodi, da potem nastane taka nora rjava sticky karamela.

Ja pol pa pač doma narejeno kond. mleko nalij v kako steklenko od kumaric ali kaj podobnega, in dobro zapri. Seveda najprej probaj svojo mešanico, in po potrebi dodaj še sladkor.
