LITERATURA

Tokrat malo drugačna knjiga, in sicer priročnik zdrave prehrane. Vem, da se sliši oguljeno, ampak meni je ta knjiga spremenila mišljenje glede prehranjevanja in sem zaradi nje nehala (v glavnem) jesti živila živalskega izvora. V knjigi so dejstva podkrepljena z rezultati zelo obsežnih raziskav, ni nekega blebetanja brez podlage z namenom zaslužka. Razloži tudi, zakaj ljudje še zmeraj verjamemo, da človek potrebuje veliko živalskih beljakovin in zakaj recimo mislimo, da z mlekom dobimo veliko kalcija. Kljub veliko statističnih podatkov pa je knjiga izjemno berljivo in tekoče napisana. Jaz bi jo priporočila vsem, ki jih zanima zdrava prehrana in kako se izogniti vedno bolj pogostim"modernim" boleznim.

Bom jaz tudi dokumentarec pogledala!

Jaz ne jem mesa. To mi ni bilo težko, ker itak nisem neki mesojedec in že pred leti ga nisem jedla (razen rib). Zdaj sem izločila še mlečne izdelke in jajca. To mi je težje, ker se veliko jedi pripravlja s sirom, smetano ali jajci. Ampak sem se kar navadila in zdaj jem v glavnem zelenjavo, sadje, razne kaše (ajdova, jačmena...), oreščke in suho sadje. Ampak ne paničarim in tu in tam pojem kakšen Zdenka sir, omako iz tune ali govejo juho. To se zgodi mogoče 1x na teden pa še to v minimalnih količinah. V glavnem, moj cilj je, zmanjšat vnos beljakovin živalskega izvora na minimum.

Hehe, sir mi je odličen, da. biggrin.gif Ga pa ne nameravam črtat iz jedilnika, ampak mogoče le zmanjšati.

Jaz mesa tudi ne jem, recimo 1 krat na teden ribe, drugače pa podobna prehrana kot jo ti opisuješ.

Ja, saj se ne rabi pretiravat in paničarit, če poješ malo sira. Kaj kavo še piješ z mlekom? Jaz je več ne in sem se ful navadila. Tudi, če bi zdaj recimo začela jest mlečne izdelke, bi še vedno pila kavo brez mleka.

Še vedno, da; na tem še nisem začela delati. Takšna sprememba ne bo od danes na jutri, ampak bo trajalo nekaj časa preden se zgodi. Spijem pa samo zjutraj v kavi mleko, drugače ga ne konzumiram. Mogoče bi šla na sojino mleko, s to opcijo se poigravam.

Upam, da me ne bo doletel odtegnitveni sindrom, ko zmanjšam sir. Tresoče roke in podobno. laugh.gif

Saj ti bo knjiga pomagala, da se bo sprememba odvijala hitreje biggrin.gif . Vsaj jaz sem tak, da take stvari kar hitro vplivajo na mene.

Siru se je meni tudi najtežje odpovedovat, zato si ga tu in tam še vedno privoščim. Da ne zapadem v dilirij biggrin.gif .
Sojino mleko je rešitev, ali pa riževo... Samo jaz rajši pijem samo kavo, kot pa s tem, ker mi ni dobro.

Kot sem že rekla - ne mislim popolnoma opustiti sir sleep.gif , ampak le zmanjšati zaužito količino (ker zdaj ko ne jem več mesa, pojem več sira).

Pogrešam en velik domač vrt. Ko ne veš kaj bi za kosilo, se samo sprehodiš med gredicami in malo nabereš. laugh.gif

^^ Ta sicer ni ravno McDougallow načrt, ampak je ravno tako super knjiga. smile.gif On ima na spletu veliko filmčkov npr. TUKAJ. Meni je super, ker dobiš veliko informacij zastonj. Te potem kar prime kupit kakšno njegovo knjigo za podporo. smile.gif
