Sem mislila na tak način, ja. Samo jaz bi tako malce bolj poglobljene oddaje, prav uno kvaliteten material. Tole s TCja je bolj lagano "čtivo".

Tega je ogromno!
Ne bi o imenih firm, ampak ena firma za toaletni papir pri nas ne dobijo certifikata za prodajo nekaterih svojih izdelkov in jih uvozijo v hrvaško in potem ponovno k nam, da se izognejo našemu nadzoru.
Papir na katerega vam dajo v trgovini salamo, sir,....je z razlogom plastificiran ker so se ljudje zastrupili, ko so snovi iz papirja prehajala v živilo. pa še je tega.

To bi sicer slo v "kaj vam gre najbolj na zivce", ampak ker je glih omenjeno: sovrazim, ko mi v trgovini zavijejo salamo, sir, meso, najhujse pa - ribe, tako, da je plastificiran del od zunaj, papirnati del pa noter, tako, da moras potem dobesedno odlimat stran, karkoli je ze zavito noter. Blah.
Sem pa imela, ko sem bila se v OS, najraje sendvice, zavite v tisti navaden papir. Ko so to nehali delat in dajat plastificiran papir in celo prozorno folijo, se je drasticno spremenil okus (in vonj

Izabela, drugič zavrni tako zavito živilo. ne zaradi tega ker ti gre na živce, ampak ker je ta papir dejansko umazan.

Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

Michael Pollan je meni nasploh ful všeč, zelo inteligenten človek mi deluje, pa zdi se mi, da vse svoje trditve primerno argumentira in razloži, da je prav vse totalno smiselno.
Imam pa doma njegovo The Omnivore's Dilemma, pa je žal še nisem uspela cele prebrati, moram čimprej.

Na spodnjem linku se zaenkrat da videti film Forks Over Knifes. Govori o tem, kako se s polnovredno (pretežno) rastlinsko hrano da preprečiti in povsem ozdraviti srčno-žilne bolezni (npr. srčni infarkt), diabetes itd. Dokumentarec je posnet na podlagi nastajanja študije, narejene na Kitajskem, knjiga z naslovom "China study" se dobi tudi pri nas, mislim, da je celo prevedena.
