Po tem receptu delam nadev, testo naredim pa po enem drugem (ti napišem, ko pridem domov s plavalnega tečaja;)):

Testo v tem receptu je bilo za moje pojme malo preveč drobljivo pri rezanju (pa tudi nimam vedno ravno vseh sestavin na zalogi, tako da mi prav pride kaka back to basics alternativa).

Quiche crust
250 g flour
100 g water
50 g oil
Pinch of salt
Combine and mix the ingredients, then knead into a ball and press onto the quiche pan. Pierce the bottom several times with the fork and bake 10 minutes at 180C.

Hvala! Mogoce - ce testo pripravim en vecer prej.. da se bi skupaj drzalo? Na gurman.eu je nasvet, da je testo bolj voljno, ce stoji par ur.
Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

S tem specifičnim še nisem imela težav, mogoče zato, ker je notri olje in ne trdna maščoba (maslo/margarina/mast). S kakšnim za pite je pa lažje delati, če je hladno, ja, drugače se rado prijema med valjanjem.
