Rada bi shujšala vsaj za 3kg pa mi nikakor ne uspeva down.gif

Tole pa res ni podhranjeno, ravno prav je. ITM saks. Sicer pa s tremi kilami ne boš nardila nič, ker je ena kila voda v telesu itd...

ugotovljeno da sem podhranjena, bi se mogla 2 kili zredit da padem v normalno hranjeni, itm mam pa 17.6. Sej mi ni treba dodajat da bi jaz še hujšala,ane? *Si zamrmra Heveine besede in se nasmeji*

Svašta no, kako se lahko ima nekdo s 50 kg za debelega (pr višini 165)???

Sej ni rekla, da je debela, ampak da bi rada mela manj kg. Tud če bi mela 47kg ne bi blo niti približno kritično. huh.gif Jst mam 167cm, pa bi rada mela 45kg, i wish laugh.gif . Sem pa nekje pri 51kg ostala. rolleyes.gif

Mene kile en drek zanimajo! Jaz hočem zmanjšat maščobno maso v telesu.
Me pa nekaj zanima. Na kakšen princip delujejo te tehnice, ki merijo tudi % maščobe in vode v telesu? In kak fejst realna je ta ocena?

Jaz sme danes bla v fitnes studiu, kje so mi merili s tole napravo: http://www.futrex.com/6100.htm

Bom pisala po točkah, kako je šlo.

- merjenje teže in višine
- merjenje z nekim ravnilom (po moje) sredino bicepsa, kamor je potem pritrdil neko zadevo, ki je naredila meritve
- spol, starost
-- vse to vnese v napravico in izmeri.

Dobila sem rezultate:
- višina, teža
- delež maščobe v procentih in kilah
- delež mišične mase v kilah (lahko pol komot zdračunaš ven %)
- delež vode v kilah in procentih
- BMI
- koliko kalorij moraš dnevno zaužiti
