Uf, to pa le pazi, ja. Te ni trener popravil, da jih narobe delaš?
Jaz napredujem, delam s kettlom za 10 kg, roke so že skoraj take kot morajo biti, noge in rit pa ... saj gre. 
Zdaj bom začela še teči, komaj čakam.

Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

Trener je moj fant, tako da veš koliko ga poslušam. 
Saj verjetno mi je povedal, ampak treninge delam sama, predvsem imam očitno problem z držo glave, ker jaz cel trening sama sebe gledam in ne nekam ravno kot pravi ta tip v videu. Kar pomeni, da imam čisto napačno držo. Danes popravni.

Michele, ja to pa ful pazi. Ker če te zdaj (naslednji dan) ne boli hrbet, si ga boš v roku par let čisto uničila, sploh če delaš z utežmi.
Jaz tudi počasi višam težo, zdaj sem pri squatih na 40kg, postopoma.

Ja, saj vem, sem malo popravila včeraj svojo držo, pa gre. Za 40 kg pa res vsaka čast, jaz sem drugače kar močna, benchpress delam s 50 kg serije, pri počepih bi se pa najraje že pod prazno štango kar zložila.

Saj bo ampak vseeno nalagaj teže kolikor lahko. Pa tudi če je samo 2,5 kg na teden. Meni se je hitro obrestovalo, z večjimi težami je šel pa špeh še hitreje dol. Logično
Na držo pa res pazi! pa ne glej se v ogledalu, ko delaš vaje. Takrat zaradi pogleda v ogledalo hrbtenica ni v takem položaju, kot bi morala biti, zato je napredek počasnejši in veliko prej lahko pride do poškodbe.
Ne, ona nima žametnih oči in niti kodrov mehkih kakor svila,
če sneg je bel, ga v njenih nedrih ni in usta bi se od koral ločila.
Sem videl rože bele in rdeče, na njenih licih take ne cveto
in so dišave, ki so bolj dehteče, kot vonj, ki diha njeno ga telo.
Njen glas poslušam rad, četudi vem da zvoki strun prijetneje zvene,
kako boginje hodijo ne vem; ko ona hodi, stopa kot ljudje.
Pa vendar se mi zdi bolj očarljiva kot vse, ki pesem jih slavi lažniva.
