Pasta alla Puttanesca meaning "Pasta in the way a whore would make it"

Izvira iz Neaplja, osnovna omaka pa je iz: česna, pekočih papričic, inčunov, kaper, črnih oliv, in paradižnika, ter na koncu še svež peteršilj ali bazilika.

Tradicionalno se ta omaka je s špageti in brez parmezana.

Kaj je tle narobe? Pač sem mislim pašto kot jed, ne samo testenine. Glej spodaj.

Verjetno se je Sarah zdelo smešno oz. čudno zato, ker je ta podatek tako samoumeven, da ga ve čisto vsak.

Ljubezen ni odraz enega samega dogodka, enega samega pogleda ali dotika. Ljubezen se v človeka prikrade počasi in potiho ... in potem se enkrat enostavno zaveš, da imaš nekoga neskončno rad. Zaradi množice vseh njegovih dejanj, pogledov, besed, dotikov, čutenj ... ki ga delajo takšnega, kot je. Mogoče se tega zaveš medtem, ko misliš nanj in ga neskončno pogrešaš, ali pa ko ga pogledaš v oči in v njih najdeš vse, kar obožuješ.

Tole sem nama s fantom zadnjič pripravila, zelo hitro, enostavno in predvsem dobro:

Iz zmrzovalnika sem vzela svaljke (lahko so kupljeni ali pa domači - v najinem primeru so bili domači), skuhala in malo popekla na Becelu.
Na olivnem olju sem popražila eno čebulo, dodala malo gobic (narezani šampinjoni), nato čez kakšnih 5 do 10 minut dodala še na koščke narezano puranje meso. Začinila z začimbami (sol, poper, bazilika, peteršilj). Ko se je to fino popeklo, sem vzela vse ven in v to ponev vlila vodo (v kateri je bilo malo umešane moke), potem pa še notri naribani sir (edamec, pa neki rahlo pikanten sir s papriko). Ko je to ratalo lepo gosto in "vlečljivo", sem noter vsipala meso in še malo pogrela. Za solato sva pa imela koruzo s soljo in poprom ter bučnim oljem. Jako okusno in predvsem hitro!

Sveže šampinjone sem imela. Vode pa sem dala 2 deci, lahko pa daš seveda več, odvisno, klko omake hočeš nardit. Moke pa sem dala v ta 2 deci okoli 2 mali žlički. Jaz to delam bolj "po občutku". smile.gif

a ma mogoce kdo ksn recept hitr z ne veliko sestavin za ksno dobro stvar(sladica piskoti...) jutr morm nujno neki hitr spect za mamin birthsday pa sm brez idej!! plisss help me

Jutr bom delala njoke z gorgonzolino omako, pa sm pomislila da napisem sem, ker to je pa res v desetih minutah gotova jed.

V slan krop das kuhat njoke - so kuhani, ko priplavajo na vrh, to je ponavadi 5 minut, vmes pa v eno kozico vlijes sladko smetano in med gretjem das noter na tanke rezine narezano gorgonzolo (js kupim slovenako - bivazola al neki podobnega, cenejsa, okus pa skor isti) in grejes dokler se vse stopi, prelijes cez njoke in eto. Men je to ful dobro, sladke smetane se da pac odvisno od tega kk mocen okus po gorgonzoli mate radi. Dober tek. wink.gif

Kalčke opereš, vržeš v ponev, tofu narežeš na rezine/koščke/trakce, popražš na olivnm, dodaš mal čilija,popra, kar ti sede, mal zalijš z vodo in čez 5 minut je fertik, pa full full dobr je, okusno!

Rea, tole zgleda res okusno. A lahko bolj natancno poves kako se tocno nardi. Najprej sam malo olivno da se segrejo nato pa skupaj kalcke in tofu poprazis ali najprej tofu, pa na koncu kalcke? Kok casa pa prazis? A dodas kej soli pa vode? smile.gif

Ja, na olivcu najprej prepražš tofu (zdj odvisno kok ti sede, men recimo kr paše, da je tofu mal zapečen, čeprav se ga lahko uživa tud neobdelanega na ognju,a ne, zato najprej ene 3 minutke pražm tofu, pol pa sam kalčke not v isto posodo vržem pa mal premešam pa še to skupi ene 2 minuti. Solim ne, si pa full popram pa začinim s čilijem,zalijem še mal z vodo, ko se taka sočna omakca pol spusti! Soli pa ni treba, za moj okus ne, sicr pa probi mal umes kok ti je fajn, pa dodej! Tofu je mal neokusno narezan, sam se je mudil)

S tem "dokaznim gradivom" si mene cist zrajcala! w00t2.gif Zato sem sla danes v nabavo... kalcke imam, imam tofu, vzela sem pa se sojino omako in spinacne spagete. Jutri imam namen vse to skupi zmiksat... v ne dvomim da okusen obrok!

Ja, jz bi tud!!!
Dons sm spet isto jedla, jutr pa pomojm tud, sam kalčkov mi je zmankal, tofu morm nekak porabt, pa se morm spomnt kako nej ga nrdim/čim manj dela?
Zdj ko si omenla sojino omakco, koki, tud jz sm dala mal sojine omakce not ampak ne med kuhanjem ampak pol na krožnik!
Pa un wurze, dodatek jedem (v tekoči obliki, tko pokapaš ga kot sojino omakco, je tud fajn. To se dodaja juham pa tko, sam jz ga mam full rada, ga mamo skoz. Full je dober, jaz ga povsod pomalm dodajam! )

Sojino omako sem pa usput pograbila, ker kaj pa vem, da ni drugace presuho, ane. Za zacimbe se pa tud ne bojim...neki bo ze ratalo.

Jaz rada tofu tko delam, da ga najprej narežem na manjše kockice, potem pa ga na olivnem olju pražim tko dolgo, da se naredi naokoli taka zlato-rjava hrustljava skorjica (za to ga je treb pražit zihr ene 10 minut), vmes dodam še na kocke narezan korenček in papriko in potem pokrijem s pokrovko, da se oboje fino zmehča, paprika dobi oni sladkasti priokus ko je zapečena in se zmehča, potem zalijem s kozarcem vodo, dodam eno ali dve bio zelenjavni kocki z olivnim oljem (mam ene noro dobre iz DM-a, ki so res best ever, tak dišijo, da bi jih kr same človek jedel), včasih še malo italijanskih ali kitajskih začimb (imam take mešanice) in pustim, da še malo vre. Omako se da konec koncev zgostit tudi z moko (če imate radi zelo fejst gosto) ampak meni to ni všeč in ne prakticiram tega. Lahko se da notr za bolj nežen in kremast okus tudi žlica kisle smetane. Zraven se krasno priležejo široki rezanci, ki jih jaz kar vržem v omako in se je tko mal napijejo (sploh riževi), da je vse skup res ultra sočno in okusno. Čez paše še kakšen tapravi parmezan.
