Ne, možno, da je bilo 50% na kakšno posamezno stvar/skupino, včasih je tako tudi, ja.

 

Jakob ima pa vedno rdečo rito po arašidovem maslu. Jaz ga obožujem sicer, samo mi je od proteini.si boljši.

O, pa res, hvala. Prijateljica mi je priporočila Valensovega, ki ga prodaja Hofer. Učinki so pa baje nekje pri 2 mesecih jemanja.

Jaz sem sedaj naredila kuro z Valensovim (cca en mesec) in ne opažam posebnih sprememb. Preizkusim še Gainega.

Morda kdo ve, kje bi dobila progesteronsko kremo (naravni progesteron)? Na iHerbu je že en čas razprodana:

Mi lahko kakšno predlagaš? : ) Za Now sem izbrskala nekaj priporočil, za divji jam (ki se veliko reklamira) vem, da je telesu neuporabna oblika progesterona, kaj več pa nisem še našla.

Jaz imam veganske od MyProtein. Ampak jaz vzamem eno od 2, ker sem skrtica 😁 pa ker nekaj itak dobim preko hrane.


A imajo ugodno razmerje med EPA in DHA? Meni je bilo po ribjih pogosto slabo, pri veganskih pa obicajno razmerje ni ugodno.

Žal ne vem za B kompleks; je sploh povezan z zdravjem las?

Poročilo glede kolagena: po približno pol leta rednega uživanja (zadnje tri mesece sem pila Gainega), sem opazila predvsem učinek na poraščenost nog (spet so se mi pojavile dlake na predelih, kjer sem jih z depilacijo že čisto iztrebila). Na kritična mesta kože na obrazu ni učinka, čeprav se mi zdi splošni izgled kože super, ampak ne bi tega pripisovala (izključno) kolagenu. Trenutno sem prekinila z uživanjem, morda nadaljujem jeseni.
