Nisi edina. Meni je plavanje najljubše od vsega, v bistvu poleg sprehodov edina rekreacija, v kateri dejansko uživam (no, pa uizi kolesarjenja). Komaj čakam.

Jaz tudi pešačim vsak dan 20 min v vsako smer, pa dvakrat na teden pilates (kljub klimi teče od mene, že tja pridem čist mokra). Čez vikend pa 1x ali 2x v gozd hodit za cca 3h. Doma se mi pa ne da telovadit, se ne spravim ni šans.

jaz sem se pa čisto polenila. Do 20.5 sem hodila 2 - 3x na teden na vodene vadbe. Po tem datumu sem šla samo še 2x in to en mesec nazaj. Katastrofa.
Verjetno sem izgubila vse, kar sem pridobovala počasi pol leta. In ta teden spet kaže, da ne bom šla nič, ker sem vsak dan nekaj zmenjena popoldan. Razen kakšen krog po cca 5km ne naredim NIČ
