Jaz sem včeraj povedala doma, da se sedaj vegansko prehranjujem, in ni bilo pripomb. :) Edino mama je rekla, da se ji zdi vegetarijanstvo sprejemljivo, veganstvo pa ekstremno (kot pri sade),

ampak ni pa nič pametovala. :) Pri babici sem jedla kosilo, in mi je pripravila veliko skledo solate s krompirjem in rdečo peso, tako da sem izjemno vesela, da so to sprejeli brez

neodobravanja.

 

Zvečer sem kuhala večerjo za prijatelje, veganski pad thai in presne tortice in so bili navdušeni.


Sedaj imam še več zagona za naprej.  :wink1:

Za veliko noč priporočam te dimljene rezine:

Pri nas sem jih zasledila v Mercatorju (hipermarket).

So malo dražje (cca. 3 eur), ampak če katera pogreša šunko, je super nadomestek. ;)

 

To sem kupila in jedla včeraj. Res full full full dobro, konsistenca, okus .... priporočam. Cena je visoka, se strinjam, ampak to itak ješ 1 krat na 3 mesece. :)

Izziv se je prevesil v drugo polovico. :) Upam, da ste vse OK kar se tiče počutja in vseh ostalih stvari. 

 

 

Ali lahko kot vegan še vedno jem čokolado?

 

 

 

 

 

Da! Obstaja več vrst veganske čokolade različnih blagovnih znamk,  ki jih lahko kupite v lokalnem supermarketu (preverite sestavine) ali pa v specializiranih trgovinah z zdravo prehrano. Tukaj je nekaj vrst veganske čokolade:

 

  • temne in jedilne čokolade Gorenjka,
  • temna čokolada z rižem, Bali, Gorenjka,
  • čokoladi Ritter sport: marcipan in dietna temna s 50 % kakava,
  • čokolade Lindt: temna, Ecuador, Madagascar,
  • čokolada Chili Kirsch – češnja, Alnatura (DM),
  • čokolada z brusnicami, Spar premium,
  • čokolada Free from (Spar),
  • čokolade Choceur (Hofer): 75 % kakava, 65 % kakava, hruška, ribez,
  • temne čokolade J. D. Gross (Lidl).

Hvala Anouk, meni ni in ni hotelo. :)

 

Kaj pa glede kozmetike? Jaz počasi menjam vso, in sem nabavila precej od Alverde (niso pa vsi izdelki veganski, na veganskih je poseben znak). Stare stvari bom pač porabila, bi bilo nesmiselno vse metati stran

(itak pa nimam skoraj nič kozmetike, govorim tudi za šampone in pa gele za tuširanje, ipd)

. 

Kot smo se že enkrat pogovarjali glede oblačil. Je pa ta torbica, ki sem jo kupila 14 dni nazaj ... neusnjena. :) Se premikam tudi v tej smeri, počasi.

 

Mami sem kar poslala pdf z vsemi veganskimi izdelki, in si ga je sprintala. :hooray:  In se tudi sama odločila, da bo kupila nekatere izdelke s seznama.

Res sem vesela, da prihaja do sprememb, in da vsi ljudje, s katerimi se o tem pogovarjam, počasi razmišljajo. Bo, počasi. :)
