Jaz se bom zdaj poskušala 1 mesec izogibat vsem mlečnim izdelkom, tega kar dosti pojem, najbrž se mi zato telesna maščoba nikamor ne premika.

Ne spremljam toliko foruma, da bi vedela, da je bilo že toliko napisano o tem. Hvala za link, si bom prebrala. Meni ne gre v nos, samo zanima me, koliko je škodljiva, ker se probam čim bolj zdravo prehranjevat.

Jaz lahko o soji govorim le iz lastnih izkušenj in pri meni se je zgodilo, da mi je prav povečano uživanje soje (tofu 4-5x tedensko, občasno sojino mleko) povzročilo hudo hormonsko neravnovesje, ki se je pri meni kazalo kot močne migrene s slabostjo in bruhanjem, pa ekstremno močnimi krči med menstruacijo. Ko sem sojo umaknila iz jedilnika in jo uživala morda le še 1x mesečno, so se stvari takoj normalizirale. 

 

Druga stvar, ki me pri soji skrbi, pa je to, da jo je veliko genetsko spremenjene in je treba res paziti, da kupiš izdelke, ki so GMO-free.

Zakaj? Ker naše telo teh GMO izdelkov sploh ne prepozna kot hrano in takšna hrana povzroča v telesu vnetja, alergije, telo se upre, ker vidi to hrano kot tujek.

 

To sta edina pomisleka glede soje, ki jih imam.

Sojo si jedla precej pogosto, zato težave, kot si sama ugotavljala. Nasploh naj bi bil jedilnik čimbolj raznolik, da čimveč različnih stvari ješ. Če pri katerikoli stvari pretiravaš,

se enolično prehranjuješ, pač ni najboljše. 

 

 

Če še zaključim: jaz jo jem, v takšni ali drugačni obliki, enkrat na 14 dni, in se glede tega niti najmanj ne obremenjujem. Ni težav, kupujem pa vedno gensko nespremenjeno.

Ja, saj! Jaz sem definitivno pretiravala s tofujem. Samo pravim, da sem na lastni koži izkusila, da soja lahko ima negativne učinke na telo, če se poveča količina izdelkov iz soje, ki jih uživamo. 
Tudi jaz še vedno pojem kak tofu, ampak pazim, da ne preveč pogosto in da je res brez GMO.

 

Poznam precej veganov, ki imajo sojine izdelke na jedilniku čisto vsak dan - v takšni in drugačni obliki - in da se ne počutijo ne vem kako dobro. Zato morda res ni odveč pripomniti, da tudi nekaj tako "neškodljivega", kot je soja, lahko povzroči preglavice, če uživamo prevelike količine.

No ja, ne podpiram GMO, da ne bo zdaj to tako slišat, ampak bi te pa samo popravila, da to ni nujno res, sej GMO hrana je ravno tako iz OH,B,M...

Telo jo LAHKO prepozna kot alergen zaradi drugačnih vrednosti določenih snovi ali pa nekaterih dodanih v primerjavi z bio izdelki, ni pa to splošno dejstvo.
