2 tedna jemljem tele bombone za lase in nohte: Codeage, Vitamins, Hair Gummies, Sugar Free, Biotin, Vitamin C, Minerals, Strawberry Coconut, 60 Count (iherb.com) po priporočilu ADP.
Imajo visoko dozo biotina.
Mi je pa tako slabo po njih, da ne vem, če jih bom do konca pojedla.

To bi bilo pomoje boljše. Se spomnim enih tablet z biotinom in še nečim, ki sem jih jedla zaradi las in aken.. kakšne bolečine sem imela, joj. Če sem jedla direktno s hrano, je bilo dokaj v redu, ampak še vedno sem čutila nelagodje v želodcu.

A ma katera izkušnje s kurkuminom? Bi še to probala za migrene, sem poslušala Hubermanov podcast in to zasledila...

Žal ja ne, prvič slišim.
jaz imam pa zadnje čase probleme s prebavo. Nekaj časa sem zaprta in ne grem po par dni, potem je par dni dokaj OK, potem pa kaj pojem (pa sploh ne vem kaj) moram pa prav na hitro na WC.
To, da izgledam, kot da sem v 8. mesecu po vsaki hrani (ko pa ne jem, sem pa v 6. mesecu) tudi ne morem ravno še sprejet.
Priznam, pijem tudi samo po cca 1,5 tekočine na dan, ampak res težko več, moje telo je zelo redko žejno, ko pa sporoči pa nimam potrebe veliko popit.
Kaj priporočate, da bi se mi to malo uredilo?

Pa mogoce pogledat za helicobacter? Ko sem imela jaz pred leti tezave s prebavili, sem sla to testirat, za vsak slucaj. Moj foter jo je imel in mu je naredila veliko sranja...

Za prebavo ti priporocam pa da dodaj lanena semena v orehrano, naroci si dobre probiotike - meni so odlicni od Gersica, ker ne razpadejo zlv zelodcu plus zelo sirok spekter pokrivajo.
Kefir, fermentirana zivila - vse to bo plus. Pa potrpljenje....pri meni je trajalo dva meseca da je slo nazaj v stare tirnice.

Meni je kefir ful spremenil lajf glede tega. Ga zdaj redno pijem vsak dan.

kolikšna količina pa je potrebna (od oka). Da ne bom jaz s požirkom ostala in pričakovala velike rezultate
Jaz nisem fan teh jogurtovih zadev (edino grški jogurt s kumarami jem) pa grem na minimum, ki je potreben
