Jao, sem si nabrala v košarico toliko, da ni poštnine, potem pa dam kodo za popust noter in se je znesek toliko znižal, da je lih padlo pod mejo (25 funtov) in se mi ni dalo več zafrkavat. Sej poštnina je pod 3 funte, pa vseeno :D

Popizditis. Na katerem kanalu (mejl ali mesendzer?) so najbolj odzivni? V torek dopoldan sem narocila 3 izdelke in ker sem 2 od teh nujno potrebovala, sem narocila express delivery, vse kul, order received.
Vceraj pozno popoldan sem dobila mejl, da sta ravno ta dva izdelka, ki ju potrebujem, out of stock, 10 min kasneje pa mejl, da je posiljka (s tem enim izdelkom, ki je najbolj postranskega pomena in cisto nepomemben in je bil v kosarico vrzen spotoma ces 'ajde, ce ze narocam') ze na poti. Denar za tista dva, ki sta out of stock, bodo refundirali, ampak sem res jezna, da sem zdej za express delivery za nepomemben izdelek placala 15€ (sam izdelek je stal manj kot to, lol). A sploh lahko kaj nardim? Ker express je bil narocen zaradi tistih dveh izdelkov, za katere se je v zadnjem trenutku izkazalo, da sta kao out of stock (na spletni strani sploh nista out of stock, btw).

Da ne omenjam, da bom morala panicno jutri po vseh trgovinah v Lj, pa vem, da takih stvari ne bom dobila. 😑

Pisi jim na care@asos.com, prek msg jaz nikoli nisem nic resila, ker se ti vsakic javi nekdo drug iz customer servica, ki ocitno sploh ne prebere v cem je problem in ne resis nic. :wacko:
