PILATES:

Kako se obleči? (kratki ali dolgi rokavi, športna obutev?)

Zraven najverjetneje rabim še malo večjo brisačo za na blazino ..

Nisem 100% ampak zdi se mi, da se pilates izvaja bos, oz. v nogavicah (poskrbi, da nimaš enih luknjastih gor biggrin.gif).

Ja, v zoknih moraš bit. Drugače pa je vseeno, kaj imaš oblečeno. Recimo trenirka in kratka majica bosta čist ok.

A si se raj za to odločla kot za tai ji?
Joj, sam ne preveč nog u luft tiščat, jz sm 1x prdnla k smo delal eno vajo pa tko ful naglas, k mi je šel zrak v rit, hahaha.

Čim bolj ohlapno, udobno, mehko, jaz obožujem hlače, ki so ala šalvare, lahk maš tudi trenirkaste haremke. Plus brisača za na blazino. Vadiš najlažje bosa, ampak jaz imam zdej v tem letnem času težave s hladnimi nogami in se tako ful prehladim. Zato imam nogavičke na prste (da dobim občutek za špičke) in imajo take silikonske pikice spodaj na stopalu, da ne drsi.

Kaj zdj to, a sosedi, to od dans k si šla? Ja, ja =)
Ja, k na pilatesu bova ziher, jz k pridm nazaj, se vpišem... sam kva kurc, k ne vem a je 1x tedensko al več... jz bi več, valda.
Kje pa ma pilates vadbe?
Vidla sm, da jih je nekaj v tivoliju pa oš bežigrad... kaj pa pilates?
K boš začela hodt jih vpraši, če je sam 1x tedensko, boš?

Blizu FDV. Moram pogledat. Ne da se mi zdaj. Bom drugače kombinirala še z vadbi na Difu. po polni ceni, logično, ker ni subvencionirana. Mogoče ŠOU ponuja še kaj. Poglej.
