V dnevu ali dveh, ko so prejeli vracilo - vedno. Dobro poglej, morda ti je slo na kaksen drug racun/kartico, pac s tisto, ki si placala.

Jaz vsakih par mesecev kaj naročim. Se mi zdi, da imajo vedno boljšo ponudbo, večji izbor znamk. Zdaj imam shranjenih cel kup stvari, samo čakam, da bom lahko začela nosit normalne cunje. :D

Vprasanje glede vracanja - narocila sem njihovo pizamo, ki se je po prvem pranju tako skrcila, da je zg. del neuporaben, hlace pa so se takoj strgale po sivu (so siroke, tako da nisem sama kriva :D). Imam kaksno moznost, da mi vrnejo denar ali ne, glede na to, da je oprana? In pa kam je najboljse, da jim pisem?

Po vsej zafrkanciji (pisala sem jim preko obrazca na spletni strani in veckrat na FB, kjer je izpadlo, kot da se norca delajo iz mene, ker mi je vsak usluzbenec svetoval drugace), sem jim pisala na direktni mail (care@asos.com) in dobila odgovor in vrnjen denar v roku nekaj minut. Pizame nisem rabila vracat.
