@Barbarina, nisem, jih je sodelavka kupila (prihaja iz regije, kjer je to tradicionalna hrana, in jih prinese vsake toliko - pa nas vsakic poduci, da oat cakes niso isto, in se jih ne jé s sladkimi namazi, hehe). Lahko jo pa povprasam, ko bo nazaj v sluzbi, ce zelis (dela od doma in pride v pisarno en dan v tednu).

Ravno sem dobila vabilo na bozicno vecerjo in prilozen veganski meni:

Beetroot Consommé served with Butter Beans and Potato mash, Crispy Shallot, Sour Cream. (gf)

Served with crispy three color bread, sprouts salad. (gf option)
Leek, Red Rice and Chestnut Parcels
Main Courses:
Carrot and chestnut nut-roast
Served with garlic rosemary roast potatoes, cranberry chutney & black beans gravy (gf)
Sun dried tomato and lentil sausages
Served with mustard mash potato, orange and apple chutney & red onion gravy
Roasted Winter Vegetables Pie
Herby Baby Potatoes, Creamy Horseradish Sauce
Desserts:
Christmas pudding ice cream,
warm butterscotch sauce (gf)
Chocolate and cherry brownie
vanilla ice cream kirsches syrup
Xmas Digbeth Mess (gf)
Main Courses accompanied with:
Caramelised Parsnips,
Balsamic and orange-braised red cabbage

Krompiruša (testo sem kupila), ostalo sama FULL dobro

Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

Ponavadi še 2 majhna krompirja. Lahko pa seveda tudi brez, pride tudi zelo dobra.

Se mi je zdelo, jaz tudi v take juhe stlačim krompir ali dva. Delam cvetačno juho ob prvi priliki, ponavadi sem brez idej (in se mi niti ne da razmišljat, če sem iskrena) in potem cvetačo samo zapečem. Hvala, Kinky.

Ja, večino juh lahko narediš na podoben način, gostiš s krompirjem ali dvemi. Najprej pokuhaš krompir, ker se več časa kuha, in kasneje dodaš cvetačo (jaz jo natrgam na majhne kose, da se prej skuha).

Veganska čokoladna torta - recept na kulinariki
Danes jo delam že drugič, ampak sem priredila recept. In sicer osnova je to testo, pač biskvit, nato sem skuhala puding okus malina, na vrh bom pa dala stepeno kokosovo smetano.
Tako da bo tribarvna, kot Planica. Priložim slikovni material, trenutno se hladi puding. Zadnjič sem naredila čokoladno osnovo + vanilijev puding, in je prišlo res dobro.
