Eno rundo Sahaja Yoge ob svečkah sem že nardila. Ta meditacija res tok sede, da se ne da opisat z besedami. Ena runda me pa čaka še potem zvečr. Morm si it pa še kamne kupit, da bo še večji užitek meditirat. smile.gif

Namen mam pa narest še pilates in še ene vaje za mišice, ter raztezanje:)

zgodnji jutranji sprehod (meditativno, hehe, ker je vse tiho pa še nikjer nobenga, in si lahko v glavi dialoge v angleščini rolam biggrin.gif

plavanje. švicanje, ker je vroče k v peklu (finska al katera savna je že tista z velik vlage).

zvečer še kšn pilates pade. oujea.

- 100 trebijev
- vaje za noge, roke, rit, hrbet

Ravno prav, sem te že hotla zamorit glede pravilnega izvajanja trebušnjakov. Sej vem, da si to že povedal in nek napisal, samo se mi ne da brskat. Ko delaš trebušnjake, ko se dvigneš al morš takrat vdihnit al izdihnit. To js skoz pozabm. Js jih delam tako, da ko se dvignem pač vdihnem. A je to prav, al je ravno obratno?

Slednje. Zato tudi začne zelo kmalu pečt, ko jih delaš pravilno - čez cel dvig izdihuješ, v zgornji legi ravno do konca izdihneš.

p.s. vedno je izdih ob obremenitvi - dvigneš nogo (vmes izdihneš), se dvigneš, ko delaš trebušnjake (izdihneš),...
