Slučajno sem na kulinariki našla, mogoče že poznate recept - veganski čufti (gobove kroglice). Zgleda ful dobro :D

Pečen krompir v pečici z začimbami (olivno olje, čili, curry, petršilj, sol)

 

popečene bučke in brokoli z gorčičnimi in bučnimi semeni (začimbe sem pa kar nametala notri, za omakco pa malo smetane za kuhanje in zdenka sir)

Nisem vedla, kam dat - upam, da je OK.

 

V Muellerju imajo od danes do 9.6. -15% na vso bio hrano.

Včeraj sem kupila še mandljevo mleko, oziroma riževo-mandljevo od Isola bio. Nisem pa še probala. Pa Spar Veggie tofu z olivami sem nabavila. :)

Od teh napitkov Isola bio je meni dober edino lešnikov in mogoče še ovsen, ker je dokaj nevtralnega okusa.

je pa to drag špas, tako da ga bom najbrž kupila le izjemoma sem in tja...

Jaz doma redno, malo kombiniram z Mercatorjevim ovsenim, zunaj pa espresso. Navadila sem se in super mi je. :)

V Orci imajo po novem 3 vrste veganskih sirov - original, s papriko, za na pizzo (topljiv). Danes sem jih šla iskat, ravnokar sem poskusila Original, in moram povedat, da boljšega veganskega sira še nisem jedla (vsi, razen Creamyriselle so mi zanič), navdušena sem. Odličen je, najboljši približek pravemu siru do zdaj.
