- kapučino in veliko vode
- sendvič s puranjo šunko in zeleno papriko, čaj
- toook dobro solato sem si nardila in jo pojedla ogromno skledico biggrin.gif (zelena solata, nariban koreje, koruza, trdo kuhana jajca, njamiiii), pa bio juho brez glutena

Danes mam basalni dan, dejansko neki pojem, pa nisem sita ermm.gif hmm.gif ohmy.gif

Z: fitness žitarice s tekočim jogurtom
M: masleni rogljiček v zvezdi
K: skleda solate, popečeni melancani, 2 hrenovki
M1: PZ keksi (rajši ne preštejem koliko), bananin jogurt
M2: 2 bio medex PZ keksa
V: kos črnega kruha z zeliščnim maslom, activia jogurt, 1 linški keks
