Najprej sem posebej skuhala riž in ga nato zmešala z bučkami (sem jih popekla na čebuli).

Na vrhu sem dala še malo mocarele.


in zaprla s kapico, da se ni sesula vsebina.
In na koncu še dala paradižnik (namig: skuhala sem paradižnikovo juho, in sicer od Alnature - ta mi je najbolj paradižnikova juha sploh), in pride fenomenelano dobro, ko se malo pokuha. NJAM.

Pekla sem eno uro na 200 stopinj (lahko pa tudi kuhate).
Stvar je bila odlična, sploh v kombinaciji z omako. Pa zelo lahko je za narediti, nadevate pa lahko s čimerkoli.

Jaaa, jaz bi tud recept!

Joj, ni recepta, mama je kot ponavadi zamesila testo 'od oka', jaz sem pol sproti odtrgala kos testa, ga razvaljala, dala v tisti model (taki dve polovici kroga, ki ju potem preklopiš (eno čez drugo) in dobiš obliko mini calzoneja), nadevala z naribanim sirom in pršutom/kuhanim pršutom (z navadnim so meni ful boljše), preklopila, stisnila, dala na pekač in voila! Sva se slučajno spomnili, da tega že fuuul dolgo nismo jedli (mama je to fulkrat pekla za zajtrk, ko smo bili otroci, in se zbudiš in cela hiša diši, mm

iz vlečenega? a iz vlečenega se tudi štrudl dela a ne? A ni za zavitke ipd bolj primeren listnat?

Raspberry cheesecake brownies, greva k fantovi mami na kosilo in se zadolžena za sladico. Njammm, upam da uspe!
