Upam,da me ne mine motivacija... mam namen prvo 2krat na tedn, kasnej tud vsak drug dan in pol vsak dan

Ne bi rad bil spielverderber, sploh ker vem, da sem jaz še lani isto počel, ampak ...
Če delaš določeno vajo (crunch) za trebušne pravilno, jih več kot kakih 10 na serijo ne narediš. Tam nekje je tudi odpoved in pekoča bolečina.

A pol je bolš, da jih manj nrdim pa bojo zato vaje bl pravilno izvedene?

Ker men se zdi, da se mi zgorne full hitr nrdijo, zato za zgornje ne bi tok delala (vseen pa, ampak mal)

Omenjeni crunch je pa za zgornji del pravzaprav ... čeprav ko zapeče ne veš čist dobro a peče res sam zgoraj

- ostalo pa ne vem če bo danes kaj z mene, se mi nič kaj preveč ne ljubi, sem bla prejšnje dni preveč dejavna, prav čutim kako se mi mišice delajo

Sem mela pa v nedeljo 2h kolesarjenje, 1h teka in 2h aerobike, tko da najbrž še naslednjih nekaj dni ne bom sposbna narest nič.

Zjutraj tek, ob dveh sem bla soplesalka fantu, ker njegov soplesalec ni mogel priti (jutri ma izpit iz latinsko ameriških in standardnih plesih), ob osmih grem še na pump, od desetih naprej se preizkušam v kondiciji večernega življenja.
Čeprav sem šele začela s tekom, me zmeraj bolj lovi prpa, da mi 19. 5. ne rata pretečt 10 km. Oz. pretekla jih že bom, a se bojim napora. Stara zgodba, vsakič ista. Bomo vidli, kako bo čez kaki teden...
Da pa Sajk ne opravi dnevnega treninga, pa res ne vem, kaj bi se moralo zgoditi.
