Ce ne pa se ingver in timijan. ;) Grlo se da ugnati; zahvaljujoc omenjenemu se mi ze vsaj 10 let okuzba grla ni razsirila v kaj konkretnejsega (razni "bonboni" za bolece grlo so pri meni neucinkoviti).

Jaz sem se zbudila prej in je bila kriza, sem kašljala kot Turek na smrtni postelji, najhujše pa je bilo grlo. Ampak zdaj po čaju je boljše, nimam pa ne timijana ne ingverja, tako da bom pila čaj z limono in medom, in jagrom. Za zvečer bom pa najverjetneje morala skenslati. sad.gif

Errol, sem ze ene parkrat pa bom se enkrat. ;) Kinky, priporocam. ;)

Ingver: korenino narezes na tanke rezine, zalijes z limoninim sokom in potreses s sladkorjem. Grizljas rezino po rezino (prvi dan pece kot vrag, potem se pocasi unese). Jaz prvi in drugi dan pogrizem vsak dan najvec tri rezine, ker so res pekoce, naslednje dni pa kaksno vec (do pet na dan).

Timijan: iz posusenega timijana/materine dusice (dobis v npr. Maxijevi zeliscni lekarni) skuhas caj (navodila na embalazi). Pijes, grgras, posrkas skozi nos v sinuse (pac, po potrebi). Hitrejsa opcija je timijanov sirup (dobis v lekarni).

Jaz kombiniram oboje. Se mi zdi, da mi je vcasih timijan bolj pomagal, letosnjo zimo ga je pa ingver prekosil v ucinkovitosti, predvsem pri preprecevanju vnetja mandljev.

Mati mi gre na živce. V glavo si je vpiknila spomladansko čiščenje, in zdaj že tretjo soboto zapovrstjo na veliko čisti. Seveda si ob tem zmisli najbolj tumasta opravila, in mi vsakič predloži spisek kaj mam jaz za spucat. nakar sledi seveda stresanje nejevolje da nisem doma na obisku. Seveda dejstvo, da imam milijon stvari za fax za nardit, ni omemebe vredno. ko pripomnim, da sekica tut ni na dopustu, in skoz zija tv sledijo prepiri. Včasih mam vseh poln kufer.

Zdejl je šel dragi po pico, najprej sva se še neki delala, da je ne bova, pol sva se pa sam parkrat spogledala in sva točno vedla, da bi jo oba z užitkom zmazala tongue.gif

tašika, I feel you. Če te kaj tolaži dejstvo, nimaš edina takih problemov.


Ful sem slabo spala. Posledično je moje razpoloženje takšno, da sem alergična na človeško družbo. Še dobro, da sem sama doma.

Pri fantu so gor na hribu, pa predvsem na senčnih predelih je še zmeraj taprav.
Btw, sem slišala, da naj bi bil regrat itak čez celo leto užiten, samo da ga mi jemo izključno takole spomladi, hm?
