KROMPIRUŠA

- testo Kora (dobi se jo v Mercatorju in je brez konzervansov)
- približno 5 velikih krompirjev (odvisno koliko bureka narediš)
- 1-2 veliki čebuli
- poper, sol
- sojina smetana (ni nujno, po želji)
- malo kokosove maščobe za pomaz

Čebulo narežeš na majhne koščke in jo popražiš na kokosovi maščobi (če se izogibaš maščobi lahko čebulo popražiš na malo vode...okus je isti) do zlatorumene barve. Posebej naribaš v skledo krompir. Ko je čebula prepražena jo streseš v skledo s krompirjem in dobro premešaš. Masi dodaš sol, poper in malo sojine smetane. Nato razpreš Koro in jo narežeš na pol, tako da iz enega lista dobiš dva. Maso daš na začetek lista testa in zviješ v tanek zvitek. Zvitke nalagaš enega ob drugega, če imaš pa okrogel pekač pa v obliki polža. Pred tem seveda malce premažeš pekač in daš peči na 180 stopinj dokler se lepo zlato ne zapeče.

SIRNICA

- testo Kora
- 3 bio sojini tofuji (jaz kupim bio tofu od Mercatorja)
- 2 sojini smetani
- 1/2 Cheezly-ja od Redwooda (mocarela okus)
- sol
- poper
- ščepec muškatnega oreščka (po želji)

V multipraktiku zmešaš tofuje, da postane zmes podobna skuti. Nato to zmes daš v skledo in ji dodaš dve sojini smetani, nariban sir Cheezly, sol, poper in muškatni orešček. Zmes dobro premešaš. Na dno pekača daš 1-2 lista Kore, tako da prekriješ dno pekača. Nato vzameš list po list Kore in jih pomakaš v narejeno zmes, tako da je celoten list dobro navlažen in zlagaš kupčke enega zraven drugega na pekač. Ko je celoten pekač zapolnjen, na vrh zopet daš 1-2 lista Kore, oziroma toliko, da prekriješ pekač. Sirnico pečeš na 180 stopinj približno 40 min, oziroma dokler se zlato ne zapeče.

MESNI BUREK

- testo Kora
- 2x Bio drobljenec Lavida
- 2 veliki čebuli
- 2 stroka česna
- sojina smetana za premaz (po želji)

Čebulo in česen narežeš na drobno in prepražiš na malo kokosove maščobe ali še bolje kar na malo vode. Ko sta prepražena, notri dodamo Bio drobljenec in malo pražimo. Nato razpreš Koro in jo narežeš na pol, tako da iz enega lista dobiš dva. Maso daš na začetek lista testa in zviješ v tanek zvitek. Zvitke nalagaš enega ob drugega, če imaš pa okrogel pekač pa v obliki polža. Burek pečeo na 180 stopinj 30-40 min oziroma dokler se zlatorumeno ne zapeče. Jaz malo pred koncem pečenja testo premažem s sojino smetano, da je potem testo malce mehkejše, ni pa nujno.

Jaz sem probala še ovseno mleko, tudi tega iz Mercatorjeve bio linije. Mi je precej boljše od riževega. Riževo se mi je res zdelo kot neka sladkana voda. Ovseno pa je močnejšega in malo bolj nevtralnega okusa. Porabila pa sem ga za kosmiče. V kavi še nisem poskusila.

 

Nekaj strani nazaj je prikazan postopek izdelave mandljevega mleka. Tista vrečka, skozi katero iztisneš mleko, je to kakšna posebna vrečka, ali lahko uporabiš na primer kar kuhinjsko krpo?

Samo 100% mandljevo mleko ful težko dobiš. Pa še hitro se pokvari. Narediš si ga pa lahko manjše količine tudi.

Ovseno pa je močnejšega in malo bolj nevtralnega okusa. 

 

Ga ravno pijem v smoothiju. Mi ga je mama dala, če ne ga ne bi sama kupila in mi je precej dobro. V kavi ga pa še nisem probala. :)

Tiramisu 

 

Našla sem ta recept in mislim, da ga bom kar naredila. Moram edino nabaviti svileni tofu, sem ga enkrat, pa je bil - mislim - pokvarjen. :( (pa tako drag). Tak žaltav okus je bil no, ni moglo bit drugega kot pokvarjen.

Anouk, na tej tvoji pici, avokado - kako ga daš gor? Kar z vsem drugim, ali malo preden daš pico ven? Nikoli še nisem z avokadom pice pekla in ne vem točno kako se obnaša. :)
