Glede soli sem jaz že poslušala kar nekaj predavanj s strani strokovnjakov,
v tem "svetu" sem žal že okol 16 let, tak da imam svoje mnenje, o katerem pa se mi odkrito povedano ne da razpravljati.
Morda pa kdaj spremenim mnenje, zaenkrat nimam nobenega razloga.
Mi imamo morsko sol, DiLeMa, samo to mi povej - katero vi uporabljate?

Poleg tega hrano solimo vedno čisto proti koncu kuhanja, ker prej baje ni dobro (ne me vprašat zakaj, ker ne vem, to ve ati povedat).

Kje se pa kupi ta zmleta himalajska rožnata sol? Se zdaj iz glave ne spomnim,
kje bi to lahko imeli ... saj, če je manj slana, bi si pa jaz bolj solila, ha ha ha. Je pa najbrž bolj "zdrava".

k: makaroni z bolonjsko omako, cokoladna tortica
k2: mal sirokih rezancev pa zrezka
m: dva kosa koruznega kruha z margarino pa salamo
v: 2 palacinki z nutello

Ja, to je res, da sol zvišuje pritisk.
Pa še marsikaj drugega povzroča.
No, bom nehala.

Fluffy, v City Centru je en tak ''štant'' nekje postavljen in tam gor prodajajo, dobi pa se menda tudi v vseh teh natur trgovinah.

Hvala! Bom prebrala in drug teden pogledala v Kalčku za te himalajske soli.
Sem namreč že seveda nekaj slišala za njih (moj fant je mislim da celo nekaj cajta pil), pa se skos premalo v to poglobila in dejansko šla v nabavo
Boljša je sigurno, kak ta obična sol, v to itak ne dvomim.
