Na koncu sem naredila polento + stročji fižol s porom, gobicami, sezamom in smetano. Pa začimbami seveda. Jaz vedno improviziram in fant se vedno oblizuje...očitno imam malo talentap a vseeno pod kožo :P

Naredila bom fileje pange po prirejenem receptu - za osnovo bom uporabila tegale. pa zraven kuhan krompir v koščih in solato.

Nedelja: krompirjev dan, zato:

 

pečen mlad krompir v pečici z začimbami, poleg solata coleslaw (korenje, zelje)

 

Za jutri sem pa že skuhala gobovo rižoto.

nedelja - pečen krompir v pečici, pražene gobe in bučkini uštipki

Včeraj sem tak zajebala kosilo da bol jen bi mogla. Neki sem se igrala z začimbami - sladko slano kislo - in gobami - malo preveč, sva pol komaj pojedla hudiča :D Skratka, eksperimentiranje se ne konča vedno dobro :(

Danes porova enolončnica, jutri enako, ker bo še ostala.
