Na Lekarnarju sem naročila magnezijev glicinat in FerrBio (so bile znižane), ki jih moram itak jemat. Pa bom vidla a mi bo Mg kaj pomagal.

V ljubljanskih DM-ih že tedne nimajo njihovih prehranskih dopolnil, ker menda menjajo embalažo. 😕

Včeraj sem dala kri,
Vit D imam prenizek 59,4, kar me precej preseneča, ker sem res veliko zunaj. Moram očitno tudi poleti dodajat.
Pa feritin ubogih 17, železo pa sicer 14. Jemljem zdaj že 1 mesec Ferrobio, upam, da se bo kaj izboljšalo. Verjetno sem prej imela kar nizko. Takrat nisem merila.

Tako, ja, ali pa celo nad 60. Jaz sem ga novembra imela 42,5 (železo pa 8) in mi je še za naprej predpisala Tardyferon za med menstruacijo (ga pa občasno vzamem tudi vmes). Po dopustu planiram kontrolo, imam pa zdaj super zdravnico in mislim, da ne bo težav.
Ščitnične hormone so ti pregledali, Anouk? Utrujenost ima lahko sicer nešteto razlogov, ampak je fajn preverit take stvari.

Sestra je imela nekje okrog 15 smz, je dobila predpisano IV železo (ampak ok, ona je tudi zdaj v IVF postopkih).

Mogoče bi morala tudi za ščitnico optimalni range nagooglat, idk. Malo mi je bedno it proti toku, ker res nisem podkovana v medicini.
Optimalne vrednosti TSH so med 0,5 in 2,5. Imam hipotirozo (Hashimoto) in s terapijo ciljamo na te vrednosti. Za T3 in T4 pa ne vem točno, ker pregledujejo samo če TSH ni v redu (ali samoplačniško).
A so kateri D3 pregledali z napotnico? Meni je do zdaj samo B12 označila, ki tudi prispeva k utrujenosti (in ga imam vedno v optimalnih vrednostih; sem ga pa dodajala, ko nisem jedla mesa).
