Meni se je feritin dvignil z 8 na 52. Hvala, Planet! Sicer sem ze prej jemala Solgar, ampak ne dvomim, da teli bolj trgajo gate. Cilj je vsaj 100. Pocutje neprimerljivo.
In nimam po leeetih vec holesterola. Imela sem ga ene 6.4, zdaj je 4.6. Hdl imam celo premalo, moram dodat orescke in kaksnega lososa kdaj.

Super Podgana! Koliko casa je to trajalo, kaksne 3 mesece?
Jaz se tudi ful boljse pocutim in imam energijo za sport, merit ai bom sla pa spomladi.

V bistvu sem takrat ob merjenju imela ene 15 teh za sabo, ostalo je bil Solgar, ki sem ga pa res najbrz jemala 3 mesece.
