Pred fitnesom: 100g maltomaxa, 20g proteinov, 5g kreatina, 5g BCAA
Po fitnesu: 100g maltomaxa, 60g proteinov, 5g glucozamina, mal soli

Zihr bom vmes pobasala še ful sladkarij, spet imam mravlja-sindrom.

Njam, ta namaz je ful dober.

Jaz imam tut to doma pa še nisem uspela probati. A je ok okusa?
Tak, kot manj sladka in bolj razredčena limonina Cedevita.
