Ne, se nisem slisala zanjo. Zgleda fajn, ceprav je malo pricey (three-course dinner menu €49.50).
Sva bila pa ta vikend v Rotterdamu, bom nalepila kako sliko, ko uspem selekcijo narest.

Naslednji teden bo na Nizozemskem tradicionalni Bloemencorso (bulbflower parade). Vsako leto imajo nekaksno povorko z vozovi, na katerih so iz roz narejene (oz. z rozami okrasene) skulpture. Res zanimivo za videt!

Anouk, kakšna je ponudba veganske hrane v trgovinah in kakšne so cene?

Dobis vse, kar rabis, edino z margarinami je kriz (dobis v Jumbu, zelena embalaza, nekaj na W). Najvec veganske ponudbe v smislu rastlinskih napitkov, jogurtov, pudingov, polpetov ipd. ima AH (=Albert Heijn), drugace pa sigurno kaj najdes tudi v Jumbu, Hoogsvlietu, C1000, Sparu. Jaz najvec v prvem kupujem, ker imam dve trgovini pod manj kot 500 m stran od stanovanja. Cene npr. sojinega mleka in jogurta so znatno nizje kot v Sloveniji. Kruh, piskote, krekerje in podobne prckarije dobis prakticno povsod, edino navadnih keksov oblitih z ne-mlecno cokolado nimajo nikjer, so pa zato tile odlicni (obstajajo v treh razlicicah, moji najljubsi so lesnik-cokolada):
V AH nujno kupi to cokolado:
Za aktualne cene v AH vpisi v ta iskalnik geslo "vega" (sicer bos dobila tudi vegetarijanske stvari ven, ampak za obcutek pa bo, ker nimajo bolje sortiranih artiklov zaenkrat), Alpro, Vivera, Tivall, Vegetarische slager (ravno dobijo novo linijo izdelkov zdaj enkrat).
Namazov imas se najvec v eko trgovinah (Naturwinkel, Ekoplaza ipd.), tam najdes najvec rastlinskih pastet ala Tartex, razlicnih tofujev, tempehov, tofutti kremnih sirov, nut butterjev, sladkih namazov,ipd. Odlicnega lesnikovega imajo sicer tudi v Sparu, drugace pa povsod dobis arasidovo maslo (pindakaas), speculoos, marmelade, stroop, "maslene" namaze za na kruh, humus (vcasih ime crkujejo "houmous" LOL, imajo pa veliko izbiro okusov), guacamole, tapenade, pesto ...
Hrustljave kosmice isces z lupo, da so brez mleka in medu (!), sva pa uspela najt ene res dobre in jih kljub kar visoki ceni zdaj redno kupujeva:
(vidim, da so ravno spremenili embalazo, prej so bili modri in gor je pisalo "totally nuts" )
Slani prigrizki tudi niso tak problem, imas slane palcke, preste, "oblecene" araside, krekerje, orescke.
Drugace opazam, da precej ljudi (ne zgolj veganov, ampak tudi nasplosno), ki zivijo nekaj deset kilometrov od meje z Nemcijo, hodijo tja po tedenske nakupe - tam imas potem se DM-e (ki jih na Nizozemskem ni) in druge trgovine/supermarkete, ki imajo v splosnem veliko eko ponudbe, v kateri se nemalokrat znajdejo tudi veganski izdelki.
Te zanima kaj specificnega?

Anouk, margarino sem pa jaz vedno v EkoPlazi kupovala, meni najljubsi trgovini s prehrano. Ahh, jo kar malo pogresam.

Saj tisto za na kruh namazat se povsod dobi brez mleka ipd., ampak za peko npr. piskotov rabis pa vecji % mascobe
Ta ima recimo pod 40% mascob:
Ekoplaza je drugace precej draga, pa cist vedno, ko grem kaj firbcat, pustim kakih 10eur tam za "nic" (kako drobnarijo).

Hvala za izčrpno poročilo:). Bo pomoje kar dovolj, toliko, da vem, da ne rabim vlačit s sabo milijardo stvari, ampak se bo tudi tam kaj dobilo za spodobno ceno... Itak bomo pa gor samo 8 dni.
