Joj najlepsa hvala za trud worship.gif, sej bom tudi jaz se pobrskala, teh strani je kar nekaj, ampak raje uporabim kaj ze preverjenega, vendar dosedaj prehranskih dodatkov se nikoli nisem narocala v tujini.

Ja hehe imam rahle zivce, morda tudi meni ne bi skodila kaksna doza. : )

Smo alternativno in naravno naravnani, me zanima. Mami npr. si je z alternativnim pristopom popolnoma pozdravila revmatoidni artritis, ki sicer velja za hudo in neozdravljivo bolezen. Ne bom o tem, kaj so ji ponujali zdravniki. rolleyes.gif

TULE imaš par produktov (večinoma niso multivitaminski, ampak med njimi tudi tistega svojega ugledanega - pa še malo ceneje je) - sem preverila, dostavljajo v Slo. ;)

Nika, mnogo ti hvala, si mi prihranila cas (ter ocitno tudi denar ;)), nekaj, ker se mi ne dogaja pogosto. :* Saj je bolje, da niso multivitaminski.

Edit: methylcobalamin (= predelana razlicica B12) imajo tudi! woot.gif

Sicer sem danes prebirala se o B12 & co.: Additionally, neuropathy has been found to be caused and made worse by insufficient amounts of vitamin B12 in the body. Vitamin B12 supports the sheathing that protects nerve cells and has shown in studies that it promotes the regeneration and growth of nerve cells.

In the past it has been difficult to remedy this deficiency. The reason for this is that while vitamin B12 is readily stored by the body, it is not readily absorbed by the body. For this reason much larger amounts have been used in supplementation, but even large oral dosages have not been an adequate solution.

The most common type of vitamin B12 used in supplements is called Cyanocobalamine. Taking Cyanocobalamine can result in absorption of as little as 1/2 of 1% of the amount taken, which makes it almost impossible to get enough of this vitally important vitamin.

In addition to the very low absorption, the body must convert the Cyanocobalamine (which cannot be used by the body) to a form of vitamin B12 the body can use called Methylcobalamine. Unfortunately, as the body gets older it loses this ability to convert Cobalamine to Methylcobalamine.

For the above reasons, as people get older, many physicians recommend regular monthly injections of vitamin B12 to maintain adequate body levels or to replenish greatly depleted stores of this vital nutrient.

Okej, mene zanima zase ( B- kompleks) in pa za fotra, ki mora jest sledeče vitamine...

rabim torej, če mi lahko poveste, KATERE znamke vitaminov so tiste preizkušene, da ni to nek blef.
Jina, to kar maš ti je ok? Jaz sem mela to škatlico že enrkat doma, zdaj imam pa od Natural Wealth.

So Natural Wealth stvari v redu?

Magnezij
C-vitamin

+ tega ali jeste priporočeno dozo ali več?


Fenkju. Sme prebrala celo temo, pa ni neki konkretno o znamkah...

Jaz kupujem vse Simply supplements. So iz VB in so zanesljivi. Kar se pa tiče učinkovitosti, pa ne vem povedati - jaz ne čutim učinka ne če jemljem SS ne če jemljem Natural Wealth ali kar koli drugega.

Ja, saj sem napisala. Pred tem sem jemala Krkin B-kompleks, ne vem, kako se sestavinsko razlikuje (klik).
C-vitamin jemljem ta:

Mg pa (zelo redko sicer, ker ne čutim potrebe = nimam krčev):

V priporočenih količinah, edino C-vitamina 2 tableti na dan (1000 mg), ker ga ne moreš predozirat.
Mi pa večinoma mami nosi iz službe, tako da to uporabljajo v KC in ni bojazni, da ne bi bilo v redu.

cel sestavek sem napisala pa je šel v maloro rolleyes.gif

skratka - mi imamo interno razprodajo raznih magnesolov, pikovitov, septolet, evitolov, duovitov, bilobilov itd. Pridejo zadeve znatno ceneje, kot v prosti prodaji. Če bo katera kaj rabila, naj me kontaktira. Imamo pa vsak mesec smile.gif

Mi zna kdo razloziti, zakaj videvam sumece tablete raznih znamk, ki kombinirajo kalcij ter magnezij (in vitamin D, ok ta pomaga pri absorbciji kalcija, to mi je jasno), ce pa po debati na spodnjem linku sodec kalcij in magnezij drug drugemu inhibirata absorbcijo.
Sem se nekoc ucila o teh receh, ne spomnim se nicesar vec in sem ze cisto zmedena. :|

Magnesium and its fellow macronutrient, calcium, act together to help regulate the body's nerve and muscle tone. In many nerve cells, magnesium serves as a chemical gate blocker - as long as there is enough magnesium around, calcium can't rush into the nerve cell and activate the nerve. This gate blocking by magnesium helps keep the nerve relaxed. If our diet provides us with too little magnesium, this gate blocking can fail and the nerve cell can become overactivated. When some nerve cells are overactivated, they can send too many messages to the muscles and cause the muscles to overcontract. This chain of events helps explain how magnesium deficiency can trigger muscle tension, muscle soreness, muscle spasms, muscle cramps, and muscle fatigue.

The relationship between magnesium and calcium is one of the most actively researched, and yet not fully understood mineral-to-mineral relationships. On one hand, magnesium is required in order for calcium to maintain a balanced role in the body's metabolism. On the other hand, magnesium can compete with calcium and prevent calcium from trigger certain events, like the relay of a nerve message or the contraction of a muscle.

Because of the complex relationship between calcium and magnesium, healthy diets almost always need to contain foods rich in both minerals.
