Meni tudi polenta in žganci niso podobni :D
Žgance obožujem, sploh ajdove. Jih pa tako kot Jina, zaradi strahospoštovanja do jedi, še nisem pripravila. Me pa mika recept, ki ga je nalepila Anouk. Mogoče se opogumim :)

Nisem še delala žgancev iz moke (ne koruznih, ne ajdovih), jedla morda že (v kakšni gostilni, se ne spomnim), vedno instant, ampak meni je to vse tam nekje kot polenta, samo da so žganci pač značilno “razdrobljeni”. : )

Jaz sem danes prvič naredila žgance iz te hoferjeve instant mešanice in sem navdušena, dejansko so uspeli, prav presrečna sem ker jih bom zdaj lahko večkrat naredila :w00t2:

Edino v Hoferju je bil pripis "veljavnost do februarja", pa zdaj ne vem a bo šla iz prodaje, jih moram nujno še par dokupit, da naredim zalogo

Upam, da se v redu vidi, zdaj ko ni svežega sadja uporabim kar vložene breskve, najboljše so mi Etine ker niso v tistem nagravžno sladkem sirupu kot večina.

Je pa zelo dobro tudi hladno, midva sva včeraj imela za kosilo in sem zdaj za malico pojedla kar nama je ostalo ker nama je pol količine premalo, 3/4 pa ravno prav

Tudi psenicni zdrob iz Hofra je nadpovprecno dober. Cisto druga liga kot instant Bebe ipd.

Jaz kupujem instant pšenični zdrob od spara, bom enkrat sprobala še hoferjevega za primerjavo.

Od kosila ko sva imela golaž nama je ostalo malo polente, tako da bo za večerjo polenta z mlekom
