Ja, je bilo oboje na enem krožniku. :D Ponavadi je solata posebej, ampak tokrat pač ni bila.

 

Sarma je bila za en obrok, nekaj je pa še ostalo, in je fant nesel naslednji dan v službo. Tudi ponavadi kuham malo več, da ima naslednji dan za malico. :)

Juha (kremna / z rezanci / z zdrobom in korenckom), polenta z veganskih ragujem, solata. 

 

Polenta z ragujem za dva

 
150 g polente 
jušna začimba
 
200 g pločevinka veganskega raguja (npr. Natureta Ragu - paradiznikova omaka z jurcki)
200 g paradižnika (lahko v koščkih iz pločevinke)
10 gobic (npr. šampinjonov)
100 g fižola iz pločevinke
 
 
Za polento odmerimo trikratno količino vode, ki jo v loncu zavremo z nekoliko jušne začimbe (in po želji s pol žličke olja). Ko voda zavre, med kuhanjem vmešamo polento. Kuhamo po navodilih proizvajalca in vmes večkrat pomešamo. Nato lonec odstavimo in pustimo, da se polenta nekoliko napne.
 
V ponev stresemo ragu, paradižnik in fižol, vmešamo gobice in kuhamo nekaj minut, dokler se le-te ne zmehčajo.
 
Postrežemo s solato.

V polento lahko, ce zelis, zakuhas tudi koscke brokolija, npr., ali pa kasneje vmesas notri malo kvasnih kosmicev.
 
 
Pa zraven eno fajn sladico po izbiri, odvisno od preferenc/casa  ;).

Jaz še vedno iščem vegi recept za lazanjo ( bolonjsko omako).

Mogoče, če bi šlo brez sojinih kosmičev. Rada bi dobila fino omako (da bo fino sočno), s popečeno zelenjavo NE. Ker moram Jurija pretentat. 

Ko sem iskala po tujih receptih velikokrat delajo lazanjo z malancani, to bom probala ko bo sezona zanje. 

A mislite, da bi gobice naredile takšno "mesno" konsistenco? 

Torej, če povzamem rada bi bolonjsko omako brez mesa. :)

Mogoče, če gobice seskljaš na drobno. Sojini kosmiči (tisti manjši) so drugače super, jaz sem enega zagrizenega mesojedca uspela pretentati. :)

 

Mogoče bulgur? Vem da se dela vege čili z njim včasih.

Jaz sem točno to iskala včeraj in naletela na tale recept z gobjim ragujem, ki mi ful dobro deluje in čisto podobno mletemu mesu. Tale s cvetačo bi tudi znal biti zanimiv.

Mogoče bi potem res probala s sojinimi kosmiči. Potem si zraven dodala še sojino omako? Ali imajo dovolj močan okus?

 

Ja, Podgana, na gobice sem že večkrat naletela. 

 

V bistvo gre zato, da bi rada "poustvarila" ta okus, soudeleženci so lahko seznanjeni, da gre za vegi zadevo :lol:

Ej, Kinky, kateri fižol si uporabila v prebrancu dve strani nazaj? Deluje mi ful velik. Kot tetovec. Jaz ga nikjer ne najdem, ne suhega ne v konzervi. Ta, ki se prodaja kot bel, se mi pa zdi premajhen.

Ce si kaj blizu Maribora in eko trznice, priporocam sejtanov drobljenec (mleti sejtan oz. t.i. psenicno meso) od Valpatica (ima kmetijo na Ostroznem pri Ponikvi). Ceprav zna v vecjih kolicinah izpast malo pricey ;) Takole izgleda:

Da se tudi s sojinimi kosmici pricarat marsikaj, bom pobrskala za recepti.

 

 

Edit: Okej, desetko vsem za hitrost in inovativnost (sem vmes odpisovala enemu potencialnemu bodocemu veganu : D, pa sem ze totalno za cajtom ;).

Jaz sem večkrat delala vegi bolonjsko omako tako, da sem namesto mesa uporabila zmlet seitan (mislim, da imajo v Sparu že pripravljen seitanov haše, ki ni drag). Še moja babica ni ugotovila, da to dejansko ni meso. Res je podobna konsistenca in okus. ;)

Hofer zagotovo ni, tam imajo samo enega ultra drobnega in nič dobrega. 

 

Aha, no, bom preverila. Mogoče še Leclerc, tam tudi kupujem. Javim!!! :) Je pa res dober, mmmmm.

Okej, se par receptov (sem iskala od enega kolega, ki res skuha 'zlobno' bolognese omako za testenine, ampak trenutno ne najdem zapisa).

Ostale moznosti, ki delujejo fajn (polinkani so recepti): s sejtanom, s sojinimi koscki, se en s sojinimi koscki.

Anouk, glede na to, da kg mletega mesa okoli 8€, ta drobljenec stane pa 4, 49€, se mi ne zdi hudo.

Soji bi se probala izognit, če bi šlo.

Soje ne maraš? :)

 

Ta recept, ki ga je Anouk nalepila, je res super. Delam jaz skoraj identično, in pride skoraj isto kot 'pravi' bolognese. Priporočam. :) Okus, konsistenca, res je zelo zelo podobno mesni omaki.
