Danes sem imela 'mediteransko kosilo' Naredila sem:
lososa v marinadi z medom in balzamičnim kisom, bučke na žaru s paradajzom gratinirane s feta sirom (jap, v original receptu pridejo melancani, ampak sem pozabila nabavit), veganski mediternaski kruh in na koncu sadna nabodala s kepico sladoleda.

Ja dober je bil! Ker sem ga marinirala + popekla, sem mislila, da bo premasten in sem ga potem malo preveč popivnala, da je bil na momente morda pikico presuh, drugače pa zelo dober, med, skupaj z balzamičnim kisom, je dal tisto posebno sladkasto noto.

Saj v receptu ni jajc, točno po njem sem delala (3 tablespoons ground flaxseed + 1/2 cup water)

Ja! Laneno seme zmleto skupaj z vodo Drugače lahko daš tudi Chio, je tudi znan nadomestek za jajca.

Punce čudovito!!!! Zelo ste pridne in kapo dol za vso domišljijo, voljo in čas, ki si ga vzamete za sestavo in izvedbo jedilnika! Vse zgleda naravnost božansko!
