Jaz sem včeraj v Kruharni kupila polža z olivami, polža s čebulo in še nekaj podobnega ciabatti, a drugačne oblike (se ne spomnim izraza) z olivami.

Bilo je dobro, ni pa me navdušilo. Itak pa nisem kaj ekstra za kruh nasploh, priznam.

Pa v Lj. še nasproti tržnice (gor, ob cesti), kjer je bila prej Žito trgovinca. Zraven je en čevljar. Pa na Viču, kjer je prav tovarna Žito. Za te jaz vem.

Danes sem naredila tiste brazilske kruhke (Kinky) ampak morem rečt da niso ravno fantastično uspeli. Narasli mi niso skoraj nič (naslednjič poskusim dat malo kvasa?). Kot sir sem pa dala ementalca ampak se mi zdi da je premočen, naslednjič bom dala kaj drugega. In pa totalno neslani so.

Pa zaznam kot nek grenek priokus, hm.

Ja, so mi narasli; tudi tisti recept, po katerem sem delala včeraj (onion and cheese bread, od Kay), ima v receptu samo eno veliko žlico pecilnega, pa kruh precej narase. Ni ogromen, ampak se pa kar poveča. smile.gif
