jaz ne hujšam ništa, zdej samo skrbim za to da ne bom mela osteoporoze na stara leta heh..

tek je nuja.Sladkarij pa nikol nism jedla kej preveč.Sploh ne vem kva pomen pojest velik sladkarij...

Jaz dnevno pobašem kak košček čokolade in max 2 bombona to je pa to.

Ojej, kaj res? Hehe, jst ti brez problema zmažem celo čokolado laugh.gif Aja, drgač pa, uf, vidm da sm pred dvemi leti odprla to temo.. takrt sm se res ful obremenjevala s kilogrami, pa sploh mi ni nč falilo.. no ampk tista moja metoda ki sem jo na začetku opisala, jo pa še vedno uporabim po kakih praznikih al pa zdj pred poletjem mal pazm.. tko v izi, tolk da mal ohranjam..
Pa tak napet trebuh sem dobila s trebušnjaki, tko fajn filing tongue.gif

Mal več kot mesec. Sam se zavedam, da gre zdej hitro, potem se pa ustavi. Ampak važno mi je, da se zdravo prehranjujem, da nisem lačna, da se športam, ne pa da stradam. In počasi se daleč pride smile.gif
