Ker sem valda v najboljsi veri falila temo. V prehranske dodatke sem hotela pisat. Toliko o tem kako prenasam nespanje 🤣

Za krce bi bil boljsi citrat. Tale je oksid in naj se ne bi tako dobro absorbiral. Razni Diasporali, Krka ali DM bi bili mogoce bolj ucinkoviti.
Za noge pa se losjon.

Ja mi smo zdaj tudi na dmovem in nam jw vsec,oz.meni,jemljem ga vecinoma jaz, ker imam pomanjkanje,ker ne jem zit.

Najprej hladni in nato topli obkladki, počitek, nato nežno raztezanje. Seveda, če te ful boli, lahko vzameš kaj z ibuprofenom/naproksenom.

Najdi trigger tocko in pritisni do bolecine, nekje 80%, (pravilo: boli, ampak pase) in bi moglo bit boljse. Lahko imas vec teh tock, malo se potipaj. Jaz takrat grejem in vzamem kak lekadol pred spanjem, kakor je. Vcasih lahko taka bolecina preide v glavobol...

Ja, na hrbtu jih je najvec oz. ko se navzgor premikas proti lopaticam in tilniku. So sicer neke splosne trigger tocke, ampak ni pri vsakemu na istem mestu, je treba najt. Ampak ko jo najdes, ves. Mi smo tako skakali po mizi, da je joj :)
