Meni drugače MG šumeče pomagajo, ampak spijem res vsak dan eno.

Mislim, da v nobeni hrani ne najdemo Mg v enormnih količinah, torej moraš jest raznoliko in pestro hrano. Nekoliko več bi ga moglo bit v temno obarvani zelejavi (špinača), ker daje barvo klorofilu in temnejše kot je več je klorofila. Polnozrnati izdelki so boljši od izdelkov iz bele moke, ker je Mg v luščinah. Kupuj polnozrnat kruh (graham npr), ne pa kakšne wannabe črne, ki so narejeni iz bele moke in malo barvil.
Če kuhaš zelenjavo, jo probaj čim manj časa imet v vodi, ker se minerali izločajo. Špinačo ali bledez bi jaz kupla na tržnici, jo narezala in popražla/podušila v ponvi, brez predhodnega kuhanja.

Mg zavira vnos Ca, osebno ne bi pretiravala s kakšnimi prehranskimi dodatki.
sj zato je treba magnezij vedno jemat skp s kalcijem, da sploh 'deluje' oz pomaga!

To tudi mene zanima.
Meni proti misicnim krcem pomaga sumeca Mg tableta. Zelo. Prav razlezem se.
