Ima kdo preverjeno dober recept za breskvino (krhko) pito?
Sem iskala malo po internetu, pa mi noben način ni všeč (neke skutine file so še poleg, itd.)
Dala bi vložene breskve. Hvala!

Namaž testo z marmelado, men je marelična fajn. Pol pa dej na breskve še limonin sok, pa mal cukra pa cimet pa burbonsko vanilijo al pa vanilijev sladkor. Jst tak nardim.

Sam dam rjav cuker pa pirino al pa polnozrnato moko. Ful dobra je ta pita.

Edit: pa dam 30 dag margarine oz. putra.

Meni se zdi zadeva super, ker je precej zdrava, pa ful je prilagodljiv recept, ker lahko zmešaš, kar ti srce poželi. Jaz sem dala manj kot pol kg sadnih muslijev s suhim sadjem (rozine, banane, itd.) in oreščki, po občutku kake 3 pesti neenakomerno sesekljanih orehov, sesekljano sončnično in laneno seme, sezam, zdrobila sem en čokoladni jajček (ki se ga sploh ne čuti laugh.gif ), 2 nastrgani jabolki, med in tono cimeta + pol litra jogurta in malenkost mleka, da se masa zmehča in prepoji, potem pa z žlico oblikovala gigantske kukije.

Pečem tvojo cheese cake in sem za dno potrebovala 2x toliko sestavin, kot si jih napisala ti v recept. ohmy.gif Pekač imam premera 27cm. Si ti tudi potrebovala 2x toliko ?

Dala sem več, kot je v receptu, da. Na začetku sem dala toliko kot je pisalo, pa ni bilo dovolj, in sem sproti dodajala še maslo in piškote.


Odvisno od pekača - če imaš 27, potem je skoraj dvojno, da, prav si naredila. smile.gif

Meni je nastala ful tekoča masa, sem potem dodala še eno žlico moke, da sem malo zgostila. Tebi je tut ful tekoča prišla ?

Meni je prišla precej tekoča. Saj ne sme biti zelo trda, potem je vse skupaj preveč trdo na koncu.

Masa mora biti tekoča, to je prav. smile.gif No, tudi če daš še eno žlico moke, ne bo nič narobe, ampak v osnovi je tekoča masa.

PS Ko se ohladi, jo daj še v hladilnik za uro, dve, če želiš čez noč. Je pa dobra še nekaj dni zatem, ko jo spečeš. Zagotovo ti bo uspelo in bo full dobra.

Sem narezala nekaj takega ja, pa nekatere malo bolj drobno. Masa je bla tekoča ja, ampak sem vseeno dala tisto žlico moke več ... kaj te vem, .. bo že. smile.gif Komaj čakammmmmmm
