- ko zavrete vodo, a nalijete v šalco mrzlo vodo al toplo/vročo?

- ko zavrete vodo, a nalijete v šalco mrzlo vodo al toplo/vročo?
Vprasanje se navezuje na pripravo ingverjevega caja ali cajev na splosno? Ingverjevega caja ne kuham, tako da ti ne morem pomagati, na splosno pa pri pripravi caja pazim, da nanj nikoli ne zlivam vrele vode, ponavadi pustim kaksno minuto, da se voda umiri zato, da je brez zracnih mehurckov. Nekje sem zasledila, da so nekateri caji tako obcutljivi na oksidacijo, da jim lahko zracni mehurcki v vreli vodi skodijo. Ce ucinkovine v caju zoksidiras pa je isto, kot bi pil caj iz slame. Bzvz torej. : )
Hladne in predhodno zavrete vode na caj ne zlivam, ne vidim smisla v tovrstnem pocetju - ce caj zahteva vroco vodo jo zahteva z namenom (sproscanje ucinkovine/sproscanje ucinkovine v dolocenem kratkem casu - 5 minut, 15 minut, ...), ce ze kdaj dolocene vrste caja, pri katerih se to "sme", namocim v hladno (neprevreto) vodo, ga namakam obcutno dlje - nekaj ur ali celo cez noc.

hm... narobe smo se razumeli!
mene je zanimal, ko natočite v pisker vodo in jo daste na ogenj...
a nalijete not mrzlo vodo al toplo vodo... ( da bi hitrej zavrel )

Ta bo sigurno "ta pravi". Je pa z njo dosti dela, upam, da imaš dovolj posod za testo in nadeve. Ko sem jo jaz delala, mi je zmanjkalo vsega v kuhinji.

Za čaj pa tist vrč za prekuhavanje vode.
Jaz imam tudi ta vrc, naceloma nalivam hladno, v vsakem primeru hitro zavre. Ima pa vezo, ce ima Rea pod kuhinjskim koritom namescen filter za vodo (za odstranjevanje morebitnih skodljivih snovi v vodi), pri nas je ta filter samo na hladni vodi.
