Recept je sicer veganski, ampak objavljam tukaj

 

Res super juha, zelo priporočam; por je glavna sestavina, kot tudi prosena kaša in sveže zelje. :) Je pa precej gosta, tako da lahko dodate malo več tekočine.

odlično, tole bo pa ta teden na sporedu enkrat, sigurno. A misliš da bi bilo kul če daš notri še ene 2 krompirja, da je v bistvu enolončnica potem? Kot ena krepka jed na žlico?

Lahko, ampak ni nujno potrebno, ker pride precej gosto; proso zgosti. Če pa boš dala krompir, daj več tekočine.

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups water or milk of choice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup more liquid
  • sweetener and add-ins of choice

  • 1 serving rolled oats (See nutrition link below, for all substitution notes)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup water or more milk of choice
  • 1/4 tsp salt (important to add before cooking)
  • 1 tsp instant coffee granules (I use Mt. Hagen decaf.)
  • sweetener of choice

Microwave option: Combine first four ingredients in a large pyrex measuring cup, and microwave 4 minutes (watching during the last minute to make sure it doesn’t spill over). Leave in the closed microwave 5 extra minutes, then transfer—uncovered—to the refrigerator to sit overnight and absorb the liquid. The next day, add the coffee, a tiny pinch more salt, and sweetener. Stir, and reheat if desired. (I actually like eating this cold!)

 

Stovetop option: Combine all ingredients (Cut the water back to 1/2 cup if you’re not planning to let it sit overnight). Cook, stirring occasionally, until oats are soft and fluffy (or until they’re still a little liquidy if you want to let it sit uncovered overnight in the fridge). If desired, chill in the fridge. Otherwise, serve and enjoy.

Ne, ona nima žametnih oči in niti kodrov mehkih kakor svila, 
če sneg je bel, ga v njenih nedrih ni in usta bi se od koral ločila.
Sem videl rože bele in rdeče, na njenih licih take ne cveto
in so dišave, ki so bolj dehteče, kot vonj, ki diha njeno ga telo. 
Njen glas poslušam rad, četudi vem da zvoki strun prijetneje zvene, 
kako boginje hodijo ne vem; ko ona hodi, stopa kot ljudje.
Pa vendar se mi zdi bolj očarljiva kot vse, ki pesem jih slavi lažniva.

Ena nevmesna, moja ovsena kaša vedno izgleda ful drugače kot na teh slikah, pač ti koščki kosmičev so ful večji. Na zgornji sliki npr. mi deluje kot da so zmiksani?

Tukaj je rolled oat, ti imaš pa verjetno navadne cele kosmiče.

 

V Hoferju imajo v modri embalaži take bolj zmlete, v oranžni pa cele. :)

REVELATION! :o Hvala ti fuul! Jaz vedno kupujem cele kosmiče in potem včasih kašo zmiksam na koncu, je ful boljša, ampak je več dela s tem, zjutraj pogosto nimam časa, zato sem se vedno spraševala, ali vsi miksajo kašo, haha. :D

Zanima me, če ima kdo dober recept za špinačno lazanjo?

Povsod so neki recepti z riccoto, kar mi ni všeč. 

 

Sem razmišljala, da bi naredila šinačo kot običajno + bešamel, na vrhu sir. 

Potem pa vse skupaj prelelila s paradižnikovo omako s parmezanom? Sam me je strah, da bi preveč sekalo.

Uf paradižnikova omaka in špinača ne vem, če bi ravno pasalo. Jaz sem vedno delala s skuto, špinačo in skuto sem zmešala, potem pa na vrh sir naribala.

Verjetno lahko narediš tudi brez skute, samo pazi, da ne bo špinača premokra, če boš uporabila zamrznjeno.

Ja, saj je dovolj, da daš samo špinačo pa bešamel. Paradižnikovo omako lahko daš seveda tudi vmes, da se vsi okusi lepo premešajo.

 

A boš s testeninami delala, ali s krompirjem (pač še ena opcija)?

Potenstaj špinačo, odcedi (spusti precej vode), in prelij z bešamelom. Če ti ni všeč paradižnikova omaka, potem je ni treba dodat. :)

 

Podobno kot v linku od Anouk sem jaz delala špinačo in rikoto (jaz sem dala navaden tofu, ne svilnat), ampak ni pa nujno. Brez težav daš samo špinačo. :)

Ja Anouk, :hooray: to je to!

 

Za  spaghetti sauce - to sem mislila uporabit mojo najnovejšo iznajdbo, ki jo tlačim povsod, pa je noro dobro. Prepražim čebulo in česen, zalijem z juho ali vinom, pokuham. Dodam paradižnik iz konzerve + žlico sladkorja, pustim kuhat. Na koncu sol + poper + veliko parmezana.

Np :D. Pa ponavadi imam itak vsega prevec, tako da imava potem italijansko kuhinjo se kak dan na sporedu (ce ravno ne pride M na obisk, potem uspemo vse pojest, heh).

Po navodilih skuhamo piro, odcedimo. Na tanke kolobarje narezemo bucke in cebulo, vmesamo v piro in okisamo s kisom, dodamo bucno olje in gorcico, zacinimo po okusu, pomesamo. Optimalno je, da stoji se par minut, da se okusi prepletejo.

 

Isti princip, kot krompirjeva solata/mrzel krompir, a s piro. Bozansko.
