U, ja, juha!

 

Pa spomnim se, da sem pred casom naredila nekaj s pretlacenim kuhanim kostanjem in cemazem, ampak to pac verjetno zdaj ni opcija ;). Lahko ga pa vmesas tudi v pire krompir, recimo.

Sem že po več različnih receptih delala pito, meni je to najboljše kar se da narediti iz čemaža. :)

 

Naredim pa navadno testo za pito (moka, maslo, jajce, sol.)

Za nadev sem pa nazadnje po tem receptu:

 

50 g čemaža

90 g sira (jaz zelo rada dam mocarelo)

1 dcl smetane ali navadnega jogurta

1 dcl mleka

3 jajca

poper, sol in muškatni orešček (po okusu)

 

 

Zamesimo testo za pito in ga damo počivat na hladno. Ogrejemo pečico na 180°C. Zmešamo preliv iz mleka, smetane, jajc in mu dodamo na koščke narezana sir in čemaž. Namastimo pekač, razvaljamo testo in z njim obložimo pekač. Vanj vlijemo nadev in pečemo 30 minut ali več, da površino zlatorjavo zapečemo. Pred rezanjem malo ohladimo.

Testenine z gobami/sezamom in sojino omako

 

Testenine skuhamo posebej, lahko uporabite tiste, ki so vam najbolj pri srcu ali pa pri roki. :)

 

Na olivnem olju popražimo eno čebulo in 2 ali 3 stroke česna. Ko postekleni dodamo narezane gobe (po želji, jaz dam kar šampinjone), in nekaj časa tenstamo (10 minut).

Gobe spustijo precej vode. Malo posolimo, popramo, dodamo Vegeto .... po želji kar se tiče začimb. Vseeno pa opozorilo, da ne solite preveč, kajti kasneje bomo dodali

še sojino omako (nekatere so precej slane).

 

Ko se gobe zmehčajo in rahlo obarvajo, omaki dodam testenine, malo sojine omake, in dobro premešam. :) Na koncu dodamo še sezam in drobnjak (oziroma spet po želji,

lahko peteršilj, baziliko). In to je to.

 

Za piko na i potresemo ali s kvasovimi kosmiči, ali parmezanom, itd. Pride zelo okusno in sočno.

Samo kot dodatek, imajo pa tak zanimiv okus, malo spominjajo na parmezan. :) 

 

Kvasni kosmiči so primerni kot dodatek k mnogim hladnim in toplim jedem, npr. k solatam, juham, zelenjavi in rižu. Dopolnjujejo lasten okus hrane in doprinesejo zaokroženo začinjenost. Kvasni kosmiči vsebujejo prvine v sledovih, mineralne snovi in visok delež vitamina B1, ki je pomemben za presnovo ogljikovih hidratov, za možgane, živce, mišice in srce. Ker je ta vitamin zelo občutljiv na visoke temperature, je bolje da jih dodate k že pripravljenim jedem in jih ne kuhate zraven.

Emily, jaz sem ravno pred enim tednom kupila revijo Anja in je bila zraven priloga z recepti za jedi s čemažem; priporočam, deluje obetavno. Nisem pa še ničesar preizkusila. Prav tako sem pri mojih opazila v nedeljski prilogi dela (ne vem kako se že imenuje, pač tista priloga z recepti) nekaj receptov, če poznaš koga, ki ima to, mu reci, če lahko fotokopiraš.

Sesame Super Bars

 

Makes around 18:

1 1/2 cup (360 ml / 150 g) walnuts
1 cup (240 ml / 145 g) sesame seeds (we used half unhulled and half hulled)
1/3 cup (80 ml / 40 g) goji berries
1/2 cup (120 ml / 70 g) dried super berries (such as aronia, inca, mullberries or unsweetened cranberries)
4 tbsp honey or maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup (120 ml / 55 g) shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tsp salt

 

Lightly toast the walnuts in a large saucepan on low heat for a few minutes. Transfer them to a food processor and blitz into a coarse flour. Add the sesame seeds to the sauce pan, make sure the heat is low as the sesame seeds are very heat sensitive – you want to lightly toast them without burning. Meanwhile, add all the berries to the food processor. Pulse for at least a minute, then pour everything into the sauce pan. Add honey, coconut oil, shredded coconut and salt and stir around until everything is combined, sticky and warm.
Cover a 8×10-inch (20×25 cm) baking dish with parchment paper and pour the sesame mixture into it. Flatten it out with your fingers and the backside of a spoon (dip it in water to prevent the sesame seeds from sticking to it). Put in the fridge for at least an hour, then cut them up and wrap in sandwich paper.

Tale recept moram deliti z vami, ker meni je bilo božansko. Aja je pa "my invention". Najboljše da semle zapiše vse skupaj, ker listek bom itak izgubila, če ne bom napisala bom pa pozabila kako sem naredila lol :D

 

ZELENJAVNI KUS KUS S CURRYJEM

 

Sestavine (za dve osebi)

 

160 g kuskusa

voda

kokosova maščoba

zelenjava -

jajčevec (polovica)

3 korenčki

ena zelena paprika

sir za žar (količina po občutku)

zelenjavna kocka

sol

curry

smetana za kuhanje

rjav sladkor

sojina omaka

 

 

Kuskus skuhamo v vreli vodi, v kateri smo aztopili zelenjavno kocko. Kuhamo v razmerju 1:1. Po parih minutah, ko kuskus popije vso vodo ga odstavimo.

V ponvi raztopimo kocko kokosove maščobe in vanjo stresemo na kocke narezano zelenjavo in sir za žar. Cca 15 minut pustimo v ponvi, da zelenjava postane mehka, korenček pa še vedno hrustljav. Vmes dodamo sol in curry s katerim ne skoparimo. Vmešamo kuskus, in smetano - samo toliko da jed ni preveč suha (pomojem kakšen deci...).dodamo sojino omako.

Tu je pa catch, jaz sem curryja dodala preveč in je blo prepekoče, zato sem zadevo reševala s sladkorjem, kar se je izkazalo za odlično varianto, saj je bila jed pekoča z malo sladke note - a ne prepekoča.

 

Postrežemo. Bilo je za 10 prstov oblizat :)
