Tukaj je še en recept, drugačen od tega 'mojega':

Ti po mojem receptu so manjši, delate jih z majhno žlico (=čajno žličko), meni je nastala taka precej 'pocasta' masa, ker sem dajala sestavine 'od oka', ampak potem ko se je speklo, je bilo pa njama.
In priporočam kakšen močnejši sir, jaz sem dala recimo gavdo, pa bi bilo res kul, če bi še kakšen parnezan bil, ali kaj podobnega. No, lahko malo experimentirate.

rabš:
cvetačo
kis
sol
motovilec
3 žlice kisle smetane
žlica jogurta
sojino omako
salamo - piščančje prsi (če se ti da meso pečt pa kšn puranov file, piščančji file in popečeš)
petršilj
Cvetačo (kolker jo maš namen pojest) vržeš v vodo, dodaš eno žlico kisa, soliš po okusu. Počakaš da zavre, kuhaš 10 minut.Odcediš.
Motovilec opereš, osušiš...Narežeš PP na solato.
Zmešaš v teflonski posodi 3- 4 žlice smetane, malo jogurta, dodaš petršilj in sojino omako - kr fajn jo dodaš...tko da ti je okus všeč

Voila.
moje današnje kosilo, glede na vsebino hladilnika.

Glede na količino marelic na vrtu, razmišljam, da bi si jutri naredla marelčne cmoke, al pa ne vem...karkol z marelicami? Morda neke testenine, pa čez cimet....
morda riževe rezance z marelcami in cimetom? Brez cukra?
haha, probala bom, pomojem bo pa totalno hudo noro dobr, tko k je bil take kosil danes

Glede te tapioke, a se to kej čut, da je drugačna moka? Jaz sem jedla enkrat to tapioko kot eno sladico, zgledal je k en puding in mi je ful zanič.

Malo se čuti, ampak po moje, če daš malo močnejši sir - se sploh ne čuti; to bom jaz naslednjič naredila.

Ta moka ni nič redkejša v trgovinah kot je čili omaka. Tam, kjer so zložene kitajske in mehiške zadevščine.
Prodajalk pa nič ne sprašuj, ker vejo manj, kje in kaj imajo, kot povprečni kupec.

Glede prodajalke pa itak nisem imela visokih pričakovanj, ampak poskusiti ni greh.

smo pa jedli v VN neki iz tapioke, mi je blo pa všeč. sicer tako krompirjasto po okusu, ampak dobro.
Spela, v VN si jedla tapioko

In, ker je to gomolj, tako kot krompir, je dejansko okus blazno, blazno podoben krompirju.

potrebuješ:
tortilje
omaka (nacho, salsa) - dobijo se v vseh večjih trgovinah
belo piščančje meso
čebula
zelenjava (paprika, paradižnik, koruza, kumarica, zelena solata ipd.)
sir
Piščančje meso popražiš na čebuli. Zelenjavo narežeš na kocke oz. majhne koščke. Tortilje segreješ v pečici ali mikrovalovki, da so tople. Namažeš jih z omako, po okusu nadevaš z mesom, sirom in zelenjavo, zaviješ in voila... fajitas so pripravljene.
