_Planet_, na tržnici sem odkrila enga strica, ki prodaja kruh iz doma vzgojenih žit, jih tut sami meljejo in pol mati nardi kruh. na željo tut brez kvasa. js ga bom jutri poklicala, če mi za v torek nardi pirinega, je rekel, da prvega dobim za đabe, da probam, sicer stane 900 g kruha 2.5€. imajo pa bel, polbel, črn, ječmenov, pirin, ajdov, ovsen in koruzni kruh. bom probala tut ječmenovega in ovsenega. dobiš pa tut potice in razno pecivo, samo to zame ne pride v poštev.

Mmm, jaz sem tudi končno prišla do Kruharne! thumbup.gif Vzela sem si gorčično štručko in cimetov polž, oboje odlično. Probala sem še špinačno štručko in štručko s šunko pa mi nista bili ravno po godu.
Naslednjič bo še kej sladkega na vrsti! Tista Nutellina tortica z lešniki izgleda pregrešno dobra, pa še par stvari mi je v oči padlo.

Jaz sem včeraj delala kruh po tem receptu: cheese onion biscuit bread

In ratala je katastrofa. Že takoj sem opazila, da nima kvasa, ampak samo pecilni prašek ... ampak ok, pač verjamem, da ve kaj dela. Potem sem morala za približno gnetljivo testo dat kar precej več mleka.
Ko sem pa dala pečt, sem pekla na 175°C in sicer 40min - imam ventilatorsko pečico.

Kruh je bil okoli res čisto trd - ko kamen (kljub temu, da sem vročega zavila v vlažno krpo), notri pa nepečen.

Jaz mislim, da sem res upoštevala recept. Ima kakšna mogoče izkušnje zakaj se je to zgodilo?

Pa mislim, da sem.

Dala sem 450g moke in 1,5 dcl mleka. Drugo je pa vse bolj kot ne za okus.
Saj pravim, tisti pecilni prašek mi ne gre v glavo. Ko drugače delam kruh, dam za tako količino moke 3/4 zavitka svežega kvasa, pa še toplo pivo. Pa dvrakrat vzhaja. Tukaj pa samo zmešaš, zgneteš in vržeš v pečico.

Full mi je bilo žal, saj mi je deloval božanski kruh.

Kami, sestavine niso ok, zato je bilo trdo, ker si dala 2 krat preveč moke.

Glej . . . piše 2 cups flour, kar je:

1 cup moke je 110 gramov, ti bi potrebovala 220

Ali si delala dvojno maso?

Glede kvasa je odvisno, jaz sem zadnjič dala le 8 gramov, pa mi je 2 krat vzhajalo, in je prišel ven odličen kruh.

A US cup (240mL) of flour is about 125 grams


Pač tako jaz razumem:

1 cup je odvisno od sestavine.

Za lažje razumevanje; tudi vsi ljudje, ki so veliki recimo 170 cm, niso enako težki.

Še to sem našla:

One cup of white flour weighs 120 grams.
One cup of whole wheat flour weighs 140 grams.
One cup of bread flour weighs 130 grams.
One cup of cake flour weighs 114 grams.

ja hudo, sem vedala, da nisem za v kuhinjo ... Kinky full hvala za tole razlago!
Bom še tole sprintala in spet preklinjala, zakaj ne morejo imet vsi enake mere .... že samo kuhanje mi dela probleme, ne pa še matematika!!!

Kami, jaz preden začnem kuhat si VSE sestavine prevedem, potem šele delam. Ampak delam pa vse na OKO, nimam vage, in vedno vse uspe; za 20g vzamem veliko žlico, in to mi je mera. smile.gif

Uf.. pol sem pa jaz tudi do sedaj vse narobe delala (pa nikoli težav!). Jaz imam prav merico, CUP in po tistem delam. Pa je 1 cup zmeraj enaka količina, česarkoli. oops.gif

Ja sej to je prav laugh.gif Ampak tu govorimo o razliki med prostornino in težo, če natlačiš polno šalčko vate bo lažja, kot če jo napolniš z vodo, ane smile.gif Če se spraviš tehtat kot Kami.


Moko pa jaz presejem samo, če mora bit testo res ful gladko, da ni grudic, drugače se mi ne da laugh.gif

Ja če imaš merico potem kul, problem je, če je nimaš in moraš v grame pretvorit, in dat na tehtnico. twisted.gif
