kljub mojemu anti krompirjevstvu



Jaz tudi, mi zveni zanimiva kombinacija, bomo videli kako izpade. Mogoče ne bom uporabila paradižnika, ker to kar je v trgovinah je sramota za ime paradižnik, rdeča vodena plastika.

Njam njam, ful je bilo dobro.


Sveža bazilika res naredi svoje.
To sem naredila, bom dodala svoje slike kasneje. Na ŽALOST nisem imela sveže bazilike, sem
dala majaron, ker je to bilo edino na voljo, pa sploh ni bilo panike.
V glavnem - dobra zadeva, jaz bi temu rekla malo oplemeniten pire krompir.
Mocarela (stopnjena sploh) mi je pa itak nekaj najboljšega.

krompir skuhamo, medtem pripravimo zelenjavo ter olupimo in sesekljamo čebulo in česen.
ko je krompir kuhan, na pogreto olje damo čebulo in česen in popražimo. dodamo kitajsko zelje, papriko in korenje, zalijemo s sojino omako, začinimo (poper, čili, jaz dodam še indijske začimbe, solim ne, ker dosti soli vsebuje že sojina omaka ter krompir skuham v slani vodi). premešamo in dodamo krompir ter dušimo. na koncu pred serviranjem dodamo še svež paradižnik in slani beli sir.
predvidevam, da je kombinacija zelenjave poljubna, jaz to zadevo delam po principu, da krompirju dodajam tisto, kar imam v hladilniku - včasih jem tudi samo krompir na ta način, je tudi

sestavine mojega današnjega obeda:
8 krompirjev srednje velikosti
kitajsko zelje
1 zelena paprika
1 korenček
1 paradižnik
1 manjša čebula
4 stroki česna
kocka belega slanega sira
sezamovo in olivno olje
sojina omaka
začimbe: sol, poper, čili, mešanica indijskih začimb

Še rezultat: SUPER dobro je, kar ni težko verjeti, glede na to, da so sestavine krompir, sir in kisla smetana.

Jaz sem priredila recept zgoraj, in zopet ničesar tehtala, vse od oka.
- krompir sem zavila v folijo in ga pekla na 220 stopinj eno uro (kot na sliki) - lahko ga pa skuhate, rezultat je isti
- nato sem ga vzela iz pečice in ga OLUPILA, narezala na koščke (kot za pražen krompir), in pustila, da se je ohladil
- dodala sem poper + sol, mlado čebulo, kislo smetano in nariban sir
- dala v pekač, po vrhu potresla še malo sira in drobnjak
- pekla 40 minut na 170
et voila.


Mene ZELO spominja na meni zelo ljube dodelne.
