Meni je doma narejena pica v krušni peči najboljša. Jaz dam v testo malo mleka in vodo, še raje kakšno mineralno vodo, pa začimbe tudi. Omako vedno prej skuham, uporabim pa tale Mutti (brez tega Muttija meni živeti ni laugh.gif )

in pelate, ki jih narežem na manjše koščke. Za sir pa uporabim mešanico mocarele in kakšnega, ki je pač doma. Potem pa po želji, jaz imam rada z kuhanim pršutom/ogrsko/ tuno+ sveža zelenjava (por, koruza, rdeča paprika, ...) Ostali dobijo še gobe, jaz jih ne maram. In seveda velikoooo oliv! wub.gif Zraven pa še mal kisle smetane. njam.gif

A je katera probala spečt pico na tistem kamnu? Se da tudi v pečici. Jaz bi ful probala, ker na žalost imam krušno peč samo pri očetu in pri babi.

Kje se to dobi? Rabim za curry. Sem včeraj v Leclercu iskala, pa niso imeli. Je kakšna bolj eksotična trgovina, ki ponuja tovrstne začimbe?

Jaz podobno. Na domačo pico dam kečap ali pa kislo smetano, na tiste v picerijah pa skoraj nikoli ničesar dodatnega. Mi je kar zanimivo kakšne dodatke si eni turijo še vse zravn, celo kis po pici sem že videla.

Drugače pa so mi najboljše pice kraška, margarita in prepognjena. Dobra je tudi štirje siri (brez gorgonzole), ampak če si zelo lačen, ker je res nasitna.

Garam masalo si lahko doma narediš, mislim, da se vse začimbe dobi pri nas.
edit: Točno, 1001 Dar jo ima tudi! Tam imajo več teh mešanic, meni delujejo zdelo obetavno.

aja, redkvica, imam tudi mediteran mešanico začimb, uporabim katerokoli imam pri roki.

Podgana, js jo mam iz Indije biggrin.gif, se jo pa dobi tut pri nas, v kakšni bolje založeni trgovini po moje ziher v kotičku z azijsko hrano. ali pa v 1001 dar jo imajo ziher v pločevinki. ali pa v kakšni, ki ima zdravo hrano, mislim, da ima Sonnertor tudi garam masalo.

O tem kamnu je bila nedavno tema odprta - se mi pa zdi kar fajn zadeva. Jaz razmišljam, da bi ta kamen kupila, ampak ne tistega, ki se dobi pri nas (debeline 1 cm), ampak kaj bolj konkretnega.

A ima katera recept za testo za pico, ki se ga da zamrzniti? Kvašenega sklepam da ne? Ful bi jo kdaj delala za kosilo, ampak imam med tednom premalo časa zaradi faksa, in potem delam kake hitre recepte, pica pa vseeno vzame malo več časa, ravno zaradi testa.

Zakaj pa ne kvašenega? Komot daš zamrznit. Sej tudi od Pečjaka ko kupiš, je kvašeno in zamrznjeno.

Mogoče bi res poskusila. Ne vem, a priori mi je ful čudno dat zamrznit nekaj s kvasom, se mi zdi, da se bo vse pokvarilo. biggrin.gif In potem, ko odmrzneš, normalno vzhaja?

Alternativa je, da ga kupiš, to jaz delam: Hofer ali pa Lidl (Alfredo znamka).

Imam pa vedno v zmrzovalniku še eno že narejeno, isto Hofer ali Lidl, če sem sestradana, pa si samo pogrejem.

Kadar imam pa čas, pa sama naredim testo. smile.gif

Nimajo.

Meni je solidno, dobro, tega od Lidla sem pa zadnjič prvič kupila, in ga moram še testirati.

Pride lepo zavito skupaj s papirjem za peko, samo odviješ, daš na pravokoten pekač in nalagaš gor karkoli.

Dobro je imeti nekaj takega v hladilniku/zmrzovalniku, če je kdaj sila. smile.gif

Jaz sem pa danes prav nardila tole pico iz listnatega testa, se mi je ful zaluštala zjutraj ko sem vidla post od Kinky. Škoda samo, da nisem dobila tistega tankega listnatega, ni se mi dalo dalje kot do najbližjega Marcatorja, pa so imeli samo debelejšega.
