Edit: Naredila, res je dobro, ampa mi je skos nekaj manjkalo, šele na koncu sem ugotovila, da meso. I'm such a beast.

Tole sem pri eni naključni osebi opazila - ful bi rada naredila to "medeno mrežasto ploščico", imate kakšno idejo kako bi to naredila oziroma iz česa, da bi bilo takole trdno?

Temu se reče čipka in je najbrž karamelna ne medena. Na podoben način se lahko naredi tudi čokoladno ali parmezanovo.

Glede na debato, ki poteka v sorodni temi, sem prav 2x pomislila, če naj tole objavim (prav sram me je bilo še kaj v zvezi s hrano objavit), ampak ne, takšen je bil moj plan že na začetku, da objavim marmorni kolač in te melancane, torej:

Feta sira je bolj malo, ampak je bilo vseeno za prste obliznit.

Tole je čisto zdrava stvar, meni sicer ne bi bilo najbrž dobro, ker melancanov ne maram preveč. Bi raje z bučkami nadomestila.

Recept za piškote polnjene z jabolki (podobno kot mulino bianco cuor di mela):
Ingredients: 250 grams flour (1 ¾ cups flour) - 110 grams sugar - 4 ounces (125 grams) butter, room temperature -1 egg - 1 egg yolk - 1/2 tsp finely-grated lemon zest.
Filling: 2 apples (medium sized) -1/4 cup sugar - 1 cup water - 2 tsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed) - cinammon.
Direction: Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the butter into the flour mixture until incorporated. Beat in the eggs, lemon zest and sugar until incorporated (about 1 minutes). Do not over mix the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, at least two hours. For filling: peel and cut the apples into small pieces adn cook them with one glass of water and lemon juice until tender. Add sugar and then continue to cook until the consistency is thick. Preheat oven to 375° F. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out into circle using 2” or 2 ½” diameters round cookie cutter. Place a level teaspoonful of filling in the center of each square. Moisten edges with water and cover the top with another piece of pastry. Seal edge gently using fingers. Place it in a lined baking pan and bake in a pre-heated 375 degree F oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Yield: 12-15 cookies.

Če ima katera kakšne dobre recepte za čemaž (najboljše preverjene) se priporočam. Ponavadi naredim samo pito pa bi še kaj.

Kaksno pito delas?
Jaz svezega naredim v solati (s ciceriko in bucnim oljem, ostalo po okusu), zmletega in vlozenega v olju pa komot uporabis kot solatni preliv ali kaj podobnega.

Kako pa narediš pito?
Jaz sem včeraj naredila juho. Nič posebnega, popražila čebulo, dodala čemaž, podušila, dodala krompir in juho. Nato pa zmiksala.
Naredila sem še pesto genovese, je ful lažje dozirat s čemažem kot s česnom, ki ful hitro prevlada nad drugimi okusi.
V solati s kuhanim jajcem je tudi dober.
Ljudje imajo radi, da jim kaj poveš, v pravih količinah, v skromnem, zaupnem tonu, in mislijo, da te poznajo, ampak te ne poznajo, poznajo podatke o tebi, dobijo samo dejstva, ne občutkov, ne, kaj si misliš o čemer koli, ne, kako si zaradi stvari, ki so se ti zgodile ali si se odločil zanje, tak, kot si.
